Everything was perfect. The staff is very helpful. The pools were great. Perfect location on the Palm, lots of taxi available outside. The food was very nice, with lots of option for where to go for dinner. Breakfast was delicious, especially the benedict eggs and French toast 🤤. Very clean room. Great facilities. Would definitely go back

Paying for drinks (even water) at dinners. Spending nearly £100 for 10 days of holidays just on water is quite indecent (over £8 for a bottle of water). I can understand some drinks like alcohol are not including in the half board package but water and basic soft drinks should be in my opinion

What I enjoyed most was the overall atmosphere of the resort; it was incredibly good. We had a fantastic trip, and I dare say it was the best resort I've ever visited. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to assist whenever needed. Instead of going to the gym, I swam laps in the sea each morning, which was a new experience for me. The food there was also exceptionally delicious.

Actually, nothing at all. Anything I could point out would just be nitpicking, so for us, everything was perfect.

We absolutely loved how kind and friendly the check in was in the club lounge. We were whisked away to an upgraded room that absolutely exceeded any expectations. The beach staff was wonderful and very attentive to our needs. We had drinks in the lounge which was gorgeous. The sunset was beautiful and the wine was neverending :)

I wish we could have had some help with towels on our loungers at the pool.

The pool areas were great for children. the lobby area was amazing. the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and pretty spacious

in certain areas the hotel was a little run-down. facilities and technology at the hotel are outdated and well behind many other hotels - specifically the TV's only have local channels and are not compatible with Netflix/Stan etc. Breakfast was well behind many other hotels in Dubai and other markets like Singapore, quality was sub-par on certain items.

I have to say the staff here are the kindest the hospitality is super wow and amazing . It’s hard for me to complain as they make sure that everything goes right I must thank them all and if I was not wrong with named the front office manage who send me a sweet message and depak I hope I spell his name right from room dining with his kindness and each and every employee and the fact that even the employee of the restaurant act same like the staff in the hotel not sure of the name it’s a grilled restaurant opens at 6 there was a sweet lovely lady from the Filipins she direct me to every facility at the hotel well done amazing requirement well done really

Only I would say having everything perfect probably you might consider to make some changes in the room new furniture beautiful painting it’s worth it the place is beautiful

One of the best resorts in the UAE! We received a friendly welcome at the reception with orange juice and wet towels! All the staff from the reception to the room service and more were of great assistance and friendly. I'd like to mention our butler, Mr. Subash, and the rest, namely, Rio, Asasdbek, and Mohammed for making our stay enjoyable. The resort is located on famous Palm Jumeirah and it is a true oasis with lots of greenery and cool breeze coming from the sea. Our room was well-equipped and spotless with great service. We enjoyed a rich breakfast at Manava restaurant and tea and snacks at the Premier Lounge. We will repeat our stay at the resort and recommend it to others. Excellent hospitality!

Everything was perfect. The food, the staff, the location the decor - an amazing stay! We were here for NYE and the buffet was beyond expectations. Absolutely unbelievable, the fireworks were fantastic and the DJ / Band were brilliant. An amazing night.

The only small gripes we had were that the wardrobe was tiny for a family of 4 staying in a junior suite. The hotel rectified this straight away though and brought us an extra rail. The lighting in the room is just too dark. I know they want to create an atmosphere/ be traditional etc, but when you’re having to switch your phone torch on to find something in the drawers or help you put your makeup on then it’s just not fit for purpose.

Everything was fabulous but in the pool there was a sign shows that it is not allowed to bring toys in the pool but many kids were playing with their toys and they were annoying specially the water guns! Many people were upset because of that but no body did anything for them i hope that the management could be strict about that.. best regards

I booked 3 nights at the resort. However, because of the weather conditions we couldn't use the pool and other hotel amenities. Also, whenever we try to place an order from in room dining it could take up to 3 hours to get an answer. I expected some sort of a compensation from the hotel but instead when I thought to extend my stay they gave me a much higher rate.

This is probably the best service we have ever experienced on all our travels. All the staff at restaurants; porters; concierge; housekeeping; pool attendants; etc. were just superb in service, professionalism and politeness. Always happy to help and service your needs. The hotel is also extremely clean from gardens to lobbies to spa to gym to pool to rooms. Wonderful breakfast as well with everything one can need and enjoy:

The location, despite being on The Palm, is not quiet. The road in front is extremely busy and our sea view was spoilt sitting on the balcony by constant traffic. In the early morning many trucks make a loud noise on that road and in the evenings, sometimes late, cars speed making a racket. Rooms are a little dated. Food was good but not Memorable.
