breakfast was good, Hotel was clean, Location was nice if you just want to stay close to water and enjoy water park. If you want to go shopping it takes time to get to major shopping malls.

On their website they said up to 12 yr old kids stay for free so basically My 12 years old son was considered kid and stayed for free but when we were there one of the staff was charging an adult fee for his breakfast. I showed him on their website it said kids are half price for breakfast but hi insisted he is not considered kid JUST BECAUSE HIS BIRTHDAY WILL BE IN 7 MONTHS! This did not make sense at all. Of course I paid this money and the total amount was not making me poor or hotel richer but the act was absolutory non professional and rude. My son is not 13 yet and staff checking his birthday and counting months was ridiculous. Such a nice hotel having such cheap and rude staff. At least respect your own written policy!

It was very clean hotel. The breakfast was delicious and with enough options. İ am traveling like 12 years and i saw more than 100 hotels, that one was really one of the best. It has it's own beach and it is very quite. Especially at sunset time i highly recommend you to swimm. And the hotel workers were smiling and helpfull. Thanks them for all. The reception workers was very helpfull. Especially thanks to Jones, Olessya, Sergei. I hope i will visit it again. For me the soul of hotel is more important than the stars and luxuries. Maybe it is not the luxuriest hotel in Palm Jumeirah, but for me it is the best hotel of Palm Jumeirah.

Nothing that i did not like. But i can recommend them to put Emirates Mall shuttles in early times; like 9 or 10 am. And it would be nice if they have also bus shuttles to Dubai Mall

I did not like that as soon as I arrived, I was surprised that the private beach was closed for a period of time, and will not be available during my booking time. there was no notification about that, which lead me to extra payments on the transportation, because I choose that hotel only for the purpose of having private beach. whereas, I spent all my time in the shuttles which was offered instead of being at the beach anytime without being limited and losing the valuable time.

The staff were very friendly and the beach was always very clean. Bed was comfortable and room was very tidy.

Breakfast was quite poor in my opinion, the rest of the food was very good but the food not great at breakfast times. Limited choice and crowded environment. The pool was small and in shade for most of the day, however the beach was very nice.

Great location, loved the variety of restaurants, near to beach , beautiful sunsets . Lots of wonderful staff especially Thisara, Vishura and Darshan Have previously stayed at Aloft Creek side so knew it would be good .

The towel situation at the pool area!! The pool area seemed so busy as there were often no beds available but in reality so many people were reserving Sun loungers then going down to the beach for the day and returning later in the day . SO FRUSTRATING and surprised there weren't signs to discourage this as I've seen in other hotels. Staff should be able to move towels if it's evident that no one is there . If everyone used the loungers only when they are intending to be by the pool there would always be a rotation system with people coming and going.

We spent 6 days in the hotel and it was a really nice stay. Very clean, breakfast and dinner different every day with a wide thematic option. Additionally 2 restaurants on site - Mexican and Italian with very good cuisine. Two swimming pools by the hotel, a few minutes to the private beach. However, what distinguishes the hotel the most is the service - very nice and helpful at every step - special thanks to Ranjana and Prajosh!

Mr. Mohammed, head of operations and the entire front office team were very friendly, while Daniel and the recreation crew entertained us with fun activities. The breakfast was delightful, offering various meals to suit all tastes. Our sea-view room was stunning and impeccably clean. We celebrated a birthday, and Christine organized a surprise cake, which made all the difference! Kudos to her, as well as to Beckhruz, Amaranath and all the F&B staff. Athman and the Bellman team were especially helpful with arranging taxis.

We didn't encounter any issues; our stay was truly memorable.

We had a beautiful room with balcony, with an amazing view of the water and Burj Al-Arab. It was a non smoking room, on the 9th floor. It as a compact but well designed room, with a few full size mirrors and magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Thank you for the daily complimentary bottled water & tea making facility. Very clean room too.

Breakfast could have been managed better, to stagger the flow of guests flocking to the restaurant all at the same time. We could not get a table near the buffet counters and it was too hot to eat outside near the pool area. Breakfast buffet spread was great, tons of foods for everyone though.

i really like the view and the pool and the staff, they are so nice and kind, especially Mahmoud hassan, he was such a nice friendly person during breakfast, the guy who made omelettes was really good too and the food is so yummy at this hotel even the dinner has variety and dessert really delicious. I also like that breakfast timing is long from 7 to 11 am not like rotana who keep it only till 10 am at night at the pool, they bring someone to play music, his name is Ray, he was really good and we liked his playing and he sang nice songs

the beach is fun and close but not clean, it has a lot of shells and seaweed so I hope they remove it. also found few ants in our room and the room lighting is not strong. i wish also the bathrooms were better inside the room, like a bathtub is not there but it’s not a big deal

My father and I had a lovely stay at the Aloft Palm Jumeirah! We were offered a twin room upgrade when we first arrived - the room was exceptionally clean and beds very comfy (good sized singles). Also, the view from our room was incredible - looking over to the Burj Al Arab with a nice balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The buffet breakfast was decent with a good varied selection. We were able to help ourselves to coffee without any fuss from the waiting staff which was very pleasant. The onsite bar staff were very accommodating as we were were able to watch a Champions League football match on a very large tv. The housekeeping staff were very helpful supplying us with plentiful water bottles upon asking. The overall hotel was very clean and well kept. The hotel was a privately owned beach with free to use deck chairs. We would highly recommend this hotel!

The alcoholic drinks in the bar were quite pricey! We didn't seem to have any English speaking channels on our room tv?
