We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights with 2 kids - 3 and 7yrs. - We loved the fact the evening buffet was different each evening. - A.good sized kids pool and splash park. - The beach was well maintained. - The rooms were nice and clean.

We ordered room service multiple times and found it a little annoying that we were asked to pay on the spot. It would have been nice to be given the option to have things charged to our room which we could settle at the end of our stay. Same thing happened when we requested an additional bed - it was not brought up to the room until we went down to reception and paid for it.

Great view of Palm Jumeirah and city from the room. Excellent service from hotel manager and restaurant manager.

We had the royal suite with the hot tub and the temperature was not hot enough to enjoy during the evening. We also could not turn off or turn down the air conditioner when it was too cold - room stayed at 18°C all day for both days.

The hotel itself, beach, foods, friendly personal were good

There were construction and a lot of noise. It was not mentioned in booking therefore it was a surprise gor me to see construction in front snd next to hotel. I was not happy about it. Hotel should be honest about the construction and should mention in the description.

There is a large construction site right under the windows. Construction is just starting so there's still a lot to go. In this regard, it is very noisy and a lot of dust from 7 am to 5 pm.

The place is clean and comfy, everything was very good. The staff are the friendliest I have ever met! We enjoyed a lot, loved the pool, the beach and kids pool was great for our 9m old son. My wife also had a lot of vegan options for dinner and we felt that everyone wants to help make the stay as good as possible.

Additions to your stay (such as food in the pool bar or a soft drink with dinner) is very very expensive

Restaurant was very poor (the manager tried to do his best but for such a level it was mediocre at best) The staff is extremely polite and trying to be helpful, but for some reason not much is solved. For the whole beach only 1 maybe 2 people are looking. The dirty dishes, empty glasses are all over. Very very important detail!!! Someone should have written that there is no alcohol served!! I know it is a “healthy” hotel but if that is the case, please also stop selling fried stuff, pancakes, waffles and nutella.. It is a bit hypocritical. Somebody should fix the elevator. It is a miracle if you can manage it at the first time.

The fact that you have to pay first before you consume from the pool bar 🍸 you are in the middle of water and they ask for your credit card ..doesn't make sense guys! My wife ordered a drink and they called me 4 times in the room until I woke up and said I have to come to pay ...strange attitude but was an odd accident The rest of the stay was amazing 👏

I liked the bed, was super comfortable. The pool was refreshing even with the hot weather. The welcome drink and the Check-in process. We came around one hour before of the checkin time and there was no problem to give us the room in advance. The place is really clean and the windows are soundproof, so even being in the 1st floor close to the pool, the room was calm. A lot of ammenities in the room. For the visitors, a good advice is to go to breakfast before 9 am, is really calm. All food available and you have all the staff to to support you with the fresh serving plates.

A lot of kids on the pool even closed to the bar section so was kind of annoying the screams and the water splashing. We asked for support through the chat days before our arrival and was awfully inefficient. Everytime you answer to the thread is a new person answering and they aren't checking the previous messages, giving redundant answers. The hotel is really good spamming the whatsapp with offers but the landing page isn't working properly. The have offers with discount in dinner but only applicable for one person when we were two, is absurd. They don't have alcoholic drink options. The day we went the rooftop lounge was closed.

The hotel is very nice, modern and clean with lovely beach and a great pool. We appreciated that it was very quiet and with an overall relaxed atmosphere. The hotel also had good water sports facilities, beach volleyball, table tennis and football. Our room had a palm view, which we would recommend. Overall, the room was spacious, modern, very clean and the terrace was a bonus. Food was very good too. All the staff members were very helpful and kind.

The food in the hotel is a bit too expensive. We had a breakfast included in our package, which was a good idea. The breakfast restaurant is very nice but can get overcrowded if you come after 9:30 am. If you are ordering food or drinks from the beach bar/café, you can get a discount if you have an accor hotels membership, which is something we unfortunately learnt only the last day of our stay.

Unfortunately the hotel did not sell alcohol. This was stated in very small print which we did not see.We were disappointed by this.We paid an extra 300 euro per couple for 20% off all food and drink though booking.com.When we arrive at the hotel they gave us a voucher for 30% off all food and drink so our 300 euro was wasted.I think booking.com should make the consumer more aware that this voucher is only applicable off soft drinks and that it is an alcohol free hotel.It should be visually more aware on the website .I feel we wasted our money.
