A good room was provided with Sheikh Zayed road view also a slide view of Dubai Future Museum. The bed was Comfy, tea, and coffee were provided. The good thing was that the water bottles were provided upon all requests. A complimentary delicious chocolate cake was arranged in the room as we checked in to celebrate my wife's birthday. Thanks to Kathline (Bloom), in-room dining and chef. Kathline was so helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good with a selection of varieties. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The parking was outdoor and there was no valet parking service provided. We experienced a considerable delay in room service (HK). We asked for bathroom cleaning at 7:30Pm and until 12:30am was not done. The bathroom was a bit outdated and no telephone shower.

Hotel is central located, close to the metro station and in front of museum of future. All staff members are kind, helpful and always willing to do more than expected. Special thanks to Ritvik, who helped me patiently when my booking was not correct. He even went out of way to show different room options they have in the hotel. Breakfast is amazing with options from around the world. Choices the breakfast are mind blowing, you are confused what to choose. Valet service is excellent with staff making sure you stay in Arco till they get your car. Overall, highly impressed by the hotel, it’s staff and services. It’s value for money we have paid.

It’s old building but if you renovate to the present time will look marvelous. Rooms are really old styled, wall Parker’s are coming off, floors broken. However, staff do their best to make your stay better with extra services such as extra cleaning. Television does not work in the room, looks very old TV which are hardly used these days. However, compared to hotels I have stayed in London this is still good one for the price we have paid. We really enjoyed our stay here.

amazing location, opposite side of The Future Museum. we got an upgrade to a family suite -

our bed was queen size- so our kids won't fit with us; i asked for an extra foam/bed so we can use in the floor. they can't use the cot because my baby is breastfeeding. the reception promised to send us one- how many times I called them & the housekeeping, they said they will bring. Until it's already 11pm, I called again, a bit upset, the housekeeping said they need to charge us with 200aed for extra bed. They should have explained it earlier so we can decide for the arrangement and not gave us false hope.

The location is excellent in every sense of the word. It is only a 5 minute walk to the metro and two metro stops away from the largest shopping centre in the world; also great access to the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa. The staff were so welcoming, kind and helpful and were always on hand to help, taking the luggage, opening and closing doors, what an amazing staff, we certainly enjoyed our stay and I will recommend to all my family and friends back in the UK and Ireland, thank you so much.

Even though the building was old, the furniture in the rooms and its maintenance were really nice. The furniture was light colored and the gym had great and functional equipment, which doubled my comfort during the day I stayed.

When I first arrived at the hotel, I was checking in. It was midnight. Right next to me, another drunk person who was checking in insulted me. Your experienced and kind-hearted team covered up this incident politely. I hope you will block that drunk, characterless person and not take over the hotel again.

We had an incredible one-week stay at the Millennium Plaza Downtown Dubai, and we would like to sincerely thank the staff, especially Ron and Ben, for their warm hospitality and outstanding service. The hotel staff treated us like true friends throughout our stay, taking care of us with kindness and professionalism. The two young gentlemen responsible for cleaning the rooms were exceptionally polite, respectful, kind, and meticulous. Their smiles and courteous behavior were truly commendable. When the hotel realized we were not completely satisfied with our initial room, they went above and beyond by changing our room three times to ensure we were happy. This level of responsibility and guest care is truly remarkable. Additionally, they allowed us to stay in the hotel until 6 PM and kept our luggage safe until 2 AM, which was incredibly accommodating. Although the room design may appear slightly classic and old-fashioned due to the extensive use of wooden materials, it adds a sense of warmth and charm to the space. The room’s view of the museum was simply breathtaking, making our experience even more special. Ron, Ben, and all the other wonderful staff, thank you for your hospitality, responsibility, and kindness. We are deeply grateful for everything you did to make our stay so enjoyable. The furnishings were a bit old.

I stayed in a club room and had the option of taking breakfast and some light dinner in the club lounge. The breakfast offering were excellent and the dinner was plenty for me. This is a nice addition as downstairs in the breakfast room can become not such a good experience.

The rooms now at this hotel are a bit tired, i booked a non smoking room but was given a smoking room and the smell was pretty awful. I had been travelling for around 24hrs so all i wanted was to sleep so put up with the smell. The beds are very nice, good nights sleep were not a problem. The bar area hasn't changed now for many many years and could really do with some updating as could most of the hotel. Good location for the trade centre across the road.

Hotel has good location, close to metro. Many grocery shops and fast foods very close to the hotel. Breakfast and dinner was ok. The staff were very very nice, the hospitality high. Gym and swimming pool were fine. Check-in/check-out very quick.

Busy during the breakfast. The walls in the bathroom were never clean. Window in the room cannot be opened. Room was never vacumed during my 10 days stay. Hotel entrance still under renovation which cause a bit of noice.

I booked the expensive option which we can check in or check out earlier when we arrived they informed us that we can check in in check in normal hour time . Which not okay and I reminded the front office that i booked with earlier check in and check out option. They informed me okay once the room is ready they will send me a message which i did not receive any message and the big man in the front office kinda rude . From 4 staffs in the front desk i never saw them smiling 🫣

The view from the room was fantastic, we also received a lovely fruit bowl and some biscuits as a welcome which was much appreciated.

The interiors were cute with the hideaway kitchen however overall the furniture and aesthetic could be updated. But other than that it was lovely.
