Same breakfast everyday made it a bit boaring, but other than that all good. very good value for money.

Same breakfast every day. They only cleaned the room once a week. Negatives: 1- The kitchenette doesn't have a cooking facility so ou can't cook food thre. 2- They are very slow in releasing the deposit funds into y account. They charged me 200 dollars initially upon checking in, and they claim that they have released the funds back to my account. I have spoken with my bank and the money is still not reimbursed after 17 days !!!! So I have to call then every few days and follow up. Still no money.

Room was spacious and plenty of outlets to charge devices. Overnight was pretty quite didn’t hear much of anything at all until maybe in the morning with traffic going by(our room did face the entry road), but even then it wasn’t bad. Other reviews stated planes were heard during their stay, I can say we didn’t hear not one plane, unless we were outside going to the car. The property was very easy to get to and right near off/on ramps to the freeway, to get to our destinations for this trip.

The one thing I didn’t like was there was no elevator, but that’s something I didn’t look further into when booking, so that is on me. If you’re someone who can’t do stairs or traveling with extra luggage this is something to keep in mind when booking.

The facility was renovated a couple years back. So nice big refrigerators and comfy beds Nice green grounds , great breakfast, kind responsive staff. Nice pool and Jacuzzi too. Safe parking. Great value.

There is a 200 dollar deposit that will not be refunded for a few days 😧. If it was returned upon check out that would be better. The value, staff and facilities are still worth it.

Big room with everything we could have needed. Nice pool & jacuzzi, breakfast included was great.

Loud people running around late (midnight) & paid $15 to upgrade to a room with a patio. The patio was small with just 2 chairs & was over the roof of the reception desk. Wouldn’t have upgraded had I known.

Great breakfast cooked to order daily. Spacious room for my family.

Laundry and coin machine was out of order our whole stay which forced me to launder elsewhere (bit of a pain).

The price The room was a decent size. We had a balcony which was really nice The rooms are updated with kitchen area and newly painted walls Breakfast & parking was included in the price. Which was a big factor to choosing this hotel

This hotel is not pet friendly. I would have liked to bring my dog with me The room smelled musty/moldy upon walking in every time after leaving the room There was only shampoo and bar soap available as a toiletry There was no utensils in the room. The sink disposal was not working They only clean your room if you stay longer than a week Sometimes the key card wouldn’t work to open the gate to enter/exit or open to your room

Breakfast was hot, but the same everyday. I would go there again just for the pancakes. The front desk management was super responsive and helpful. I have come NOT to expect it, so this was a nice surprise. The grounds were well kept and our families enjoyed being together onsite.

Parking was a bit wonky. There was plenty of parking, but not near the front door. To many cars were parked in the lobby area permanently, which may have been a response to the fear of break-ins in other parts of the lot. We didn't have that problem, but broken glass was evidence that others did. We chose to park close to our unit in a well lit area.

The room was really spacious, it was clean the front desk people had good costumer service, the facility itself was clean. I liked that it’s super close to the freeway as well

What I didn’t like was the fact that they serve the same breakfast everyday we stayed for 3 days and breakfast was the same pancakes hash brown and eggs ! They can open change it up a lil , I had someone knocking at my door at 2am one night my phone in the room ranged which scared us too. Oh and there is a $200 dollar deposit that it’s not mentioned when booking so be advised

I didn’t like the fact that since Covid, they’ve kept the same policy where they only cleaned the room once a week and for the amount you’re paying to stay I really think it’s kind of chintzy to only allow once a week so you have to go down and get your own toilet paper or your towels you’re all that stuff so it kind of sucks
