The service, staff, cleanliness, comfort, convenience & layout were fantastic!

The specific villa we were put in, despite being very clean & comfortable, was worn & a bit older. (Chips, broken or missing tiles in the bathrooms & pool, non-working light bulbs, dampness & damp odor downstairs, slight issue with ants, no black out curtains or shutters to keep room dark should we want to sleep in (only in 1 room)…) I expected (especially as it is shown online) a bit more updated facilities, for the rate per night. However the friendliness, attentiveness & service of the staff really made up for it which is why we added this night’s stay!

Large villa, nice pool, good view, responsive staff. Access to the facilities at the Domes of Elounda was a great bonus.

Was not quite what I expect from a four star facility. 3 bedroom villa only had four dining room chairs, shower heads had to be held in hand to shower, very old AC units were unable to keep cool temperatures in the bedrooms at night, cat litter in the entrance and in the pool area, not enough towels provided for our group.

the villa was lovely, quiet and clean. the bed was exceptional and the staff were lovely.

the last 2 days we had no hot water to bathe in the weather was cooler and perhaps it did not heat up. we could not find a hot water switch of any kind.

We were met at the villa by Monica who was extremely helpful, as was the other English lady there - they couldn't have been nicer or friendlier and more helpful. The villa was very clean and spacious with most things we needed. Swimming towels and bathrobes provided. Each day the maid came by to ask if we needed clean towels etc and mid week she came and did some cleaning and changed our sheets. The pool man came every day. Nice sun beds and outside furniture too and a BBQ. Spectacular views from the villa. Couldn't really fault the holiday and would highly recommend it and return there.

You definitely need a car when staying at this villa as it's a bit of a walk to the beach, or restaurants or shops. However we did know this before booking. Could probably do with a bit more basic kitchen equipment, such as mixing bowls, serving bowls, garlic crush, measuring jug

Perfect for a family and super cool amenities. Close to the beach, super market and a lot of attractions. Private pool and jacuzzi are super nice Julie the host was very kind and helpful.

Nothing really. The season combined with the property amidst nature brings some insects. But that’s common anywhere amidst nature. So just get used to it.

The pool area was not cosy and dated, some improvements could have been made. The stove in the kitchen is old, was not possible to cook any meal on it. The air conditioning could not keep up with heat, was too hot to sleep at night. Bathrooms showers were old, taking a shower was a challenge The kitchen utensil were limited. The gym was not possible to use as the airco was always off and it was too hot too exercise

We had a lovely time. Great location, nice view, short drive to Elounda which was a gorgeous town with lots of restaurants etc Access to Domes of Elounda beach facilities also made for a nice day trip. Staff friendly and helpful. Would def recommend !

Helpful and friendly on site hosts. Breakfast really convenient reliable delivery and good. great pool area, not overlooked. Excellent air conditioning. Property facilities and furnishings much better than expected.

The road in is steep and a bit of a test of your driving skills! But manageable. you need transport to get into town, visit tavernas etc. More information in room on taxi services would help.

Loved the pool area and house was in a good location. Not in the city centre but very close. Very comfortable beds. Furniture is a little dated. Needs a bit of a refresh but other than that we enjoyed our stay. Julie and Monica were very kind and helpful.

Our villa had an issue with ants which was a little disappointing.

Fantastic villa in a great location, connection to local hotel with private beach was a gamechanger and the staff (Julie especially) were amazing. The attention to detail as well as care and effort to make our stay perfect was greatly appreciated. Would definitely come back again and again.

Couldn't fault it really, some maintenance issues but these were resolved by the team as soon as we reported it.
