Good location. Not a big hotel but nice and very close to the own beach. Umbrellas at beach for free, bar is just steps from beach. If you want to discover Crete and live close to seaside at same time, it is very good option. Not far from Heraklion airport is good as well.

Everything was exceptional, my whole family had a great experience staying here. The villa we stayed in is right at the beach, we had three rooms with two bathrooms, more than enough for the four of us. The restaurant is very close, all the staff extremely helpful and forthcoming. The ac wasn't working on the first day, so when we went to complain, the maintenance man was sent to fix it in ten minutes or so.

There was nothing we didn't like, everything was perfect. If you have any doubts about this place, don't. I highly recommend it.

Very good place for family with children and teenagers. Nice pool. Sea is also in hotel teritory. Nights without parties. Special thanks for early breakfast packs. We had to leave early in the morning, so we asked for some food for breakfast, and got hudge packages. We liked our room orientantion - seaview was the best. We had almost 3 spacious rooms in our number with big balcony, that was so good. Breakfast is basic, but all of us found what to eat. For 3 days it was enough. Hotel is just near tawerns, markets and center of Malia. But at the same time not in noisy area.

There are some details that should be fixed, but they are not essential. Our bathroom smell was bad, maybe pipes are not working well. Kitchen. If you are planning to use kitchen, take or buy all you need, because hotel doesnt provide any kitchen sponge, towel, fairy, solt, pepper... Just dishes. There were some moskitos at night and no mesh or other "security" on windows. We had funny accident, when we realized that during morning room cleaning our personal small towel was missing. So husband went to stuff premicies, but there where no stuff people. But fortunately he found all those dirty hotel towels and our little one was also there. :)

Hotel has a private beach with sun beds and towels. Basic cleaning every day. Lots of good restaurants close by. In general we liked the hotel, simple but has everything you need. As a bonus we had a kitchen in the room

The same breakfast every day

The overall stay was good, the location was perfect as the hotel is right at the beach and the room we took was sea view and it is highly recommended. The facilities were not that diverse but they did the job and the hotel has some nice trees in the background area. Some of the staff were friendly while others not that much. The pool was not big, so at some point during the day it would get crowded, however, the hotel has some water toys in the pool which you can use freely. The beach was clean and was very close to the pool. The breakfast was okay, not a huge variety but it was fine. The room we took has an amazing view, it was quite big, but a bit old, especially the kitchen and the bathroom. Additionally, the hotel has its own parking lot and quite a big one compared to others, which was very useful. Finally, the location of the hotel is perfect, as it was only a 5min walk to the Malia strip and around 15mins to the Old Town.

The room was old, and the kitchen had some rust, while the bathroom shower did not have curtains which would make the entire bathroom wet after a shower, including the toilet seat. Also, one of the additional blankets in the closet smelled really bad. As for the breakfast it was okay but a bit more variety would be better. One point also is that the pool towels are only accessible during certain hours, so around 13:00 you can't have any towels, which is not convenient for people who check-in after that, which happened to us.

Great location and lovely and modern hotel. It looks like a mini resort. Great food and nice private beach. Staff is friendly. They gave us the sea view which was amazing and we really apreciate that.

The pool seems a little dirty, the water is not very transparent and clear. Also we had a lady from the housekeeping who entered in our room around 8h15 in the morning, luckily we were already awake once that was our check out date and we were packing the bags. She just entered without knocking on the door and at a very early hour where usually people are sleeping. You should check with her for that not to happen again to any other guests because it is quite unconfortable to have people just entering your room at any time of the day without knocking on the door first. The cleaning could be also better checked once that there was a lot of dead mosquitos on the walls and behind our courtain there was a half eaten cookie that was not ours.

The hotel is nicely renovated, very cozy reception, nice and helpful stuff. The hotel is located on a nice sandy beach, which is a huge advantage. There are a lot of sunbeds with umbrellas available on the beach, so you can find a place at any time. Nice swimming pool, also a small one for kids and a playground. Food and drinks in the restaurant are good and they are served directly to the beach if you want. Bright a big bedroom with comfortable beds.

The kitchen anex is useless, too little place, no basic kitchen stuff like sponge, dish soap, or kitchen towel provided. Also it would be better if there was 1 safa instead of 2 single beds in the kitchen, which even looks a little bit strange for me. Not eblnouf towels hangers in the bathroom for more than 1 person.

we stayed in family room, which was spacious enough, had a nice terrace, air condition, good size bathroom. Facilities must have been renewed not long time ago. Breakfast is freshly made, some fruits like watermelon, eggs done in 3 ways. Bar at the pool is very good, drinks and food very tasty - everything in really reasonable prices, amazing and polite staff. Swimming pool clean and in right size. Walk to more central part is just few minutes, to city center something around 15 min, so location is also perfect. We really enjoyed the stay and can recommend it!

the only thing is that floor in my room wasn't cleaned during one week stay - and hotel is next to beach so should be done due to sand etc

Located almost on the sand beach and 20 min walk to Old Malia. Sunbeds and umbrellas for hotel guests. Very clean room and well kept territory. Breakfast was good enough for 3 stars, all the food was fresh and tasty. Nice helpful staff (special thanx to little girl Melana? she provided us with beach towels in such a professional manner :)))

Breakfast time from 8:30 to 10 only (low season?). The night before we left we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, the sunset was amazing, chopped cutlets were ok, but so called kleftiko was a disaster - dry and tasteless rolled meat (defrosted, overroasted?). We are frequent travellers to Greece and usually visit different tavernas. So if you are a lover of good food, we highly recommend visit greek tavernas to enjoy local specialities.
