Great location, the nearest sandy beach is literally 5 minutes away from the hotel. There are many restaurants and various shops. At the same time, the hotel is not on the central street, but close to it, so it is always quiet here. Also near the hotel there is a public transport stop, and you can easily get to / from the Heraclion airport by comfortable bus for 3.5 euros. Very friendly staff, always ready to help. We let them know that we would check in after 9pm, when dinner was already over. They provided us with a "cold plate" with snacks instead of dinner. Special thanks to the chef. For a three-star hotel, the level of cuisine is simply excellent. We stayed at the hotel for a week, and the whole week was delicious and quite varied. There was also enough food. The hotel has its own pool. The water is clean, there are sun loungers. At lunchtime, in extreme heat, it was great to swim in it. The room is regularly cleaned and towels are changed, the room is large and without any problems. Overall we were very pleased and would come back again.

Drinks and water are provided for free only during breakfast. Would be great to have at least water at dinner time

I've stayed at this hotel many times now and will probably stay many more. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Butch, Yiannis and Stratos. I was pleased to see they now have a little cat feeding/watering station at the hotel so that the strays don't need to bother the guests - it would be good to learn that they expand this into helping with neutering too! My room was cleaned regularly, towels replaced when I needed them, comfortable bed, functional air conditioning and everything in working order. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the centre of town but just far enough off the main street to be peaceful in the evening.

The food let the hotel down a bit this time. I've always been happy with the quality and variety of food at this hotel, but it wasn't quite up to the usual standard this year. The hot food wasn't particularly hot and wasn't as flavourful or enjoyable as in previous years.

My room was clean and with fresh decor, with a small balcony which overlooked the pool. I stayed in April(im late writing this review) so I got a great deal for bed and breakfast, I was very happy with this hotel, the food was great in the restaurant buffet as I decided to pay doe dinner there a few of my nights as a lot of restaurants were not yet open for the season and I was very impressed with what was offered. I would 100% stay here again.

it was not a negative for me, but if you really want a big pool area, the pool area here is small. it didnt bother me at all, but it might some people

We stayed 2 beautiful weeks in this nice hotel which situated in the middle of the city of Hersonissos and very close to the beaches. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The receptionist guy was great and professional when we arrived in this hotel. ELLI the next day receptionist was superb as she is a very valuable member of this hotel staff. She was even very hardworking at the dinner and every single day she came to us asking " How are you? How was your day? etc. she is very professional and she is the most friendly staff in this hotel. The breakfast and dinner both was buffet, TBH the meals and food was very delicious and close to our country tastes. For my friend favourite was the Macedonian pork. The hotel was very clean and well organized. IVANKA was the cleaning lady in our floor who was very friendly and helpful despite she could not speak any word of English. Around this hotel you can find lots of shops, bars, restaurants as well.

Sometimes the dining area was very busy as they have just limited amount of tables so some of guests needed to queuing for dinner which starts from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Mornings usually this is not a problem. Parking place are very limited around the hotel as this hotel situated in a little by-road.

I had a beautiful and smily welcome, the property also exceeded my expectations. I booked a Standard Double or Twin Room with Balcony and received a free upgrade to a Superior Double or Twin Room with balcony, the free breakfast was also great and fresh. The swimming pool is also nice, though the sea water was still warmer at this time of year., so I went to the sea. The hotel is in a quiet street away from the noisy bars, so you can have a guaranteed good sleep, the bed was also quite comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. I did not have dinner, but it looked quite nice. The hotel is also gay friendly. For 31€ per night one cannot really ask for more, I recommend this hotel for everyone. That was one fine hotel. It provided all the comforts that one luxurious hotel provides to its customers, but also it offered the customer who could appreciate it one exceptional level of emotional comfort and space which you do not find easily in other hotels in Greece. At this point, I want to make one particular mention for the young lady at the reception of the hotel. She was excellent. She gave me one spacious and comfortable room from the get go and resolved every request I had during my stay at that hotel impeccably. In addition, the food was delicious and had variety particularly in the evenings. Congratulations to the manager of the hotel for running one fine establishment like that.

The location was pretty good, 5 minutes walk from the beach. Also the breakfast and dinner was amazing. The staff was extremely nice, they even prepared a breakfast box for us, because we had to go to the airport early. The view was nice from our room.

The room was tok hot. We had the ac on all the time when we were in the room (during night as well) because as soon as we turned it off in a few minutes it got hot again

Very nice and comfortable accomondation. Everyone is very friendly and strives for your well-being. Very tasty and quality food. The position is perfect, in the centre of the town and also very close from some nice beaches.
