We had a room upgrade which was super. The maisonette was superb, the views amazing, swimming pools-water park nice for the kids (and adults). Food was good. Polite stuff. Every day cleaning service doing a (swift) intervention.

Swimming pool and playground works only 10:00-18:00. That was a disappointment. When sun and heat goes down playground is closed, when the heat is on, nobody can go there. Play ground neads more TLC also. During our 3 days staying, there was no towel replacement. I know that if i asked for it, it would happen a.s.a.p.

The facilities at the resort are excellent for families. Great pools and slides, and then plenty of extra activities organised each day as well as the play area. Also very close to Elounda which has great restaurants.

For people not on an all inclusive holiday, or even outside of the fixed times for eating, there isn't any options on site for relaxed, casual eating, such as poolside or in a cafe. Being able to get simnple things like some pasta or a salad at any time of day isn't an option.

I could not speak highly enough of Paul and his team at Elounda Park & Resort. Professional, Courteous, Polite, Kind, gentle to mention a few. As a group we were all upgraded to the villas and these were cleaned DAILY as well as the pool. We had a fabulous time on holiday and there is no doubt about it. The views were breathtaking, relaxing and peaceful. There was so much to do both at the villa, the resort and the town. For animal lovers they also have a resident dinning cap. We got free pic up and drop off services to the villa which made our stay so enjoyable. Thank you once again for a lovely time and we haven’t been able to stop telling everyone about our trip.

There was nothing to dislike. We were totally satisfied

Breakfast fair as choice the same every day which was disappointing. However, evening choice absolutely brilliant and covered most favourite meals in my opinion.

Seating in dining room as plastic covered and our clothes always felt damp after sitting for an hour. Very few lounge areas if you want to relax. Mini bus would be more helpful if could be extended to Elounda main bus stop instead of just end of road (there and return) as very long walk into Elounda, mostly uphill in full sunshine. Not good for children or elderly.

We had a really great Stay at the Hotel. The Food was very delicious, we had stunning Weather and all Personel was very kind. The Rooms were modern and very clean. Alot of different Ways to spend Time - like Basketball, Volleyball, Football, Minigolf, Sliding, Ping Pong. On Top of that there were always activities like dancing or playing Games.

From the moment I stepped foot in this beautiful property, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality that lasted throughout my entire stay. The rooms at Elounda Water Park Residence Hotel are spacious, well-appointed, and exude comfort. The villa that we stayed in had a private pool which was amazing. The dining options were truly outstanding. The hotel features several restaurants that serve a variety of cuisines, ranging from delectable Mediterranean dishes to international favorites. Each meal was a culinary delight, with fresh and flavorful ingredients that left my taste buds satisfied. The attentive staff members were always on hand to offer recommendations and ensure a memorable dining experience. What sets this hotel apart is undoubtedly its staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.
