The lady in the reception, she always does things happen, and she is a quick thinker. I like her, most of all I like how she respects her customers...

I booked a room, only to find when I get there there's someone in the room I booked ... Then instead of fixing the matter staff will be urging with a foreign language(Nigerian) u know how irritating it is, coz I can't even hear a word... But as I've said, the reception lady, she's very smart, she cares about her clients... I am so proud of her...

Chrissie, Lindi and the other staff members welcomed us with so much warmth 😁 we had a beautiful stay indeed. The pool was clean and all sorts of amazing 👌keep it up! Our standard rooms didn't have fridges but we were given access to the reception fridge, thanks again for your hospitality!!

It's a nyc and peaceful place and the bar also nyc and clean . I like the fact that even if it's winter u enjoy ur and thy heat the pool and the bar and rooms are very warm

The location is ok

The Wi-Fi connection is very poor and bad. Limited TV channels and the bathroom does not have a door, of which that is unhygienic as we had food in the room.

Standard room had no fridge I think it's something you need to address when u post your place or put some bar fridge. Otherwise the rooms are nice

They sell ice and drinks in the facility. Facility is clean and neat at a affordable rate

That there is no door at the bathroom (privacy) And there was no microwave in a room

It is far from the shopping center we have to request or drive to the shopping center

The room was always cleaned if we ever leave and toiletries replentished. Evrything is clean and it is quiet a very good place to relax and nice location too. I really loved it there and would go back anytime

The gate always take time to be opened otherwise everything was perfect

The room was well ventilated. The welcome from the staff was incredible. Everything was in order will definitely visit the place more and more. Also the location is clear and safe for visiting. Will definitely refer for the place.

Maybe if they can put a door to separate the bathroom and bedroom but other than that all was well.
