Location was great and it looked very grand, but it did seem to lack character.

We were 20 minutes early but we’re told our room would be ready in 15 minutes but it took 35. Superior Room (103) was lovely, but lacked some things you would expect from a 5 star hotel. For example there was no wardrobe; just an open rail and little room for clothes. Shower screen was also not watertight and given the overall room size the bathroom was small. Shower gel and conditioner etc were very poor quality. The breakfast was especially poor for a 5 star hotel and lacked depth of choice and quality. Directly prior to our stay we had come from a 4 star hotel in Krakow and the hotel and breakfast in particular was nicer. The wall and skirting to the side of our breakfast table was frankly filthy and clearly had not been cleaned for some considerable time.

The room was large and well furnished. The hotel is located right in the center of Old Town. The staff was kind, professional and very helpful.

The soaking tub was extremely deep. I had to help my elderly mother get in and out of the tub when she wanted to shower. Although the bedding was soft and extremely high quality, the mattress was extremely firm. So firm that I found it uncomfortable because it caused pressure points on my hip and shoulder when sleeping on my side. I tried to sleep on my back instead of my side and the pressure was on my sacrum. The hard mattress was disappointing because everything else in the room was sumptuous - goose down pillows, incredibly soft sheets, fluffy comforter, and oversized bathrobes.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It’s in a quiet spot but at the same time walking distance to everything. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Beds super comfortable. Staff always ready to assist. The breakfast was wonderful.I will definitely stay there again.

My room was on the restaurant /casino side and for historical preservation of the building reasons that side of the hotel does not have an elevator. Staff are super helpful with luggage but it takes away a certain level of independence that I prefer.

Wonderful luxury hotel in perfect location: close to old town, close to the major shopping streets with cafes and restaurants, and nonetheless quiet. Large and perfectly clean rooms with elegant furniture. Very good breakfast. Kind and helpful staff.

Room was luxuriously equipped with great aesthetics, spacious, quiet and clean. Bathroom was spacious, and very well designed and equipped. The historical aura of the whole building, the classy bar and the cosy Cafe contribute to the great appeal of the hotel to the romantically inclined. Even the casino within the premises adds to the prestigious nature of the establishment. Location almost next to the Royal Castle Square is ideal.

Breakfast was overpriced for what it offered. Though its quality was high, the variety was rather limited for a 5 star hotel - actually even for a 4 star hotel, while the room where it's offered - the restaurant "Focaccia", within the premises - is too small. The buffet is in a quite uncomfortable place, making serving difficult. Also and most importantly, during the check-in process the sudden and unexpected asking for a "deposit" of 500 pln in cash, as a "security" in case of consuming room service lunch/dinner or items of the mini bar, is totally out of place and creates a feeling of distrust towards the guest and definitely not up to the standards of a luxurious 5 star hotel.

Beautiful property in Old Town Warsaw. Very elegant amenities and enormous rooms. Staff was quick to address any requests that we had for additional pillows, coffee, etc.

There was a hiccup with my reservation that was a technical error on booking.com's side. It was a little challenging to fix but that's because of the outsourced customer service for booking.com, not the hotel's fault. Location ended up being farther from our meetings than I expected and getting an Uber from this location requires a walk to another location.

This is a gorgeous old-style hotel with all the modern conveniences. Our room was spacious and beautiful and the location is perfect for Old Town locations. Parking is on site and very convenient. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful too — the elevator was out in the wing where we were staying, so they carried our luggage to our room for us. Would absolutely stay here again. Can’t review the breakfast, as we didn’t try it.

The facilities are beautiful, maintained and well-appointed. Breakfast is delicious; and the reception staff goes above and beyond to ensure that the guest is cared for. I fell sick during my stay and the reception staff ensured I received what I needed. In addition, this is a great location for vacationers!

The location was great. Easy to get to from the airport. And close to the Old Town.

I was looking for a place with parking and this hotel came up. It did say in the description that the parking was not free but I did not pay attention. I thought that a 5-star hotel should provide free parking to their guests. That was a bit disappointing and expensive. So I'd like people to be aware of that.

It was beautiful, tranquil, elegant. The staff were exceptional! So helpful. The male staff member who checked us in and out was superb. He was so helpful and when we left our passports in staff and had to return, he expedited getting them for us and we made our plane. I can not thank him enough
