Amazing place & experience. We had the best time and enjoyed it to the fullest. There is easy access to the city of Bologna (bus stop next door) and yet it is peaceful & relaxing to stay in the hotel. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is not included but there is coffee, tea, cool drinks and some biscuits available (some included, some not). Everything is clean and they made up our bed daily. We will come back for sure! Note that if you check out and want to stay at the pool, they charge you €25 per room. It’s a bit much, but it allows you to stay a few hours extra.

The dog ‘Blu’ so cute! I liked the family room set up with the little room up top. Made it more of an adventure for my daughter. Pool was fab. Staff really friendly.

WiFi is a bit rubbish (only important if u have a teen!) Aircon had a moment and started blowing 24 degrees, managed to fix it somehow No beers available in our fridge… not a major crisis If in family room the room up the stairs is very hot- fan provided but just blows around the hot air. Was a bit confused when we got there how to check in. But sent a WhatsApp to the number and soon sorted! None of these points ruined our stay. They are just minor. We would defo come back!

We needed a place to stay for one night & happy we chose this. Very responsive hosts. We made arrangements to have a driver at airport from her recommendations. Loved have the coffee set up with snacks. Super comfortable bed. We met hostess, Iladia (?), in the morning & she was just so gracious & lovely. Wonderful conversations & recommendations for lunch in Bologna before our train to Venice. Truly a wonderful memory of our short visit together.

Slightly confused about where to go after finding key. It was late & we were exhausted.

Couldn’t have asked for a better welcome and treatment from owner, Klea, and staff member, Raf. I felt cared for the entire time I was there. They also have a nice big pool and a friendly dog named Blu. Great people, good location, excellent value!

It was nice to have a kitchen, but I would have loved to have had a space to eat breakfast with other guests.

Swimming pool very nice. Hosts super nice. Always brings snacks and water for free. Room service comes every day. Super nice.

Room was not in the main house. I had to walk trough the street to get to my room. It was shared kitchen. But its my fault i havent research it.

Very clean, neat and new. Good location for people, who want to leave to the airport early in the morning. It only takes 15 minutes to Bologna airport.

Maybe a bit too much technology without instructions. Couldn’t for instance turn the shower on - it was complicated and confusing. And the lights whith a remote controlling system - there was one light which turned on, when neighbour from upstairs at 2:00 a.m. pushed a his/her remote controller button in the kitchen. And one thing is potentially very dangerous and forbidden in finland: You should have the possibility to open the outdoors and gates from inside without a key. If you have fire in the room, you can’t escape from it whithout a key.

Quiet spot in the countryside with a helpful hostess, nice pool and lovely dog. Grocery shop and some restaurants are not to far away by car :) Pool is not busy at all

Everything. It’s beautifully decorated and home from home. Such a relaxing atmosphere and the host is super friendly and inviting. This was a perfect unwind location for a couple of days prior to taking a flight at Bologna airport. Thank you so much for having us and good luck with the adorable Blue.

It’s a beautiful house and great for a getaway

There was no flexibility on the check in times, I tried to ask if we could arrive earlier as we had a food tour to get to but they said no which is very odd considering it would appear they live on site so we were late as a result.

We had a good stay at Case Osti, close to Bologna. We stayed one night, just to end our 3 week trip near the airport of Bologna and with a lovely pool. Checkin was easy and we got own keys by Staff and 10 minutes later already at the pool.You have a bus stop right in front of the house, but we arrived by car and therefor decided to grab some pizza in Bologna by car.
