The place is very close to the busy American at brand shopping center which has a nice out door element, perfect for families & easy to navigate because it pedestrianised. We stayed in a Queen twin suite ground floor it backs onto the West Elk Avenue which is very quite and has some interesting residential buildings. Foxy's diner is close by which is classic American great service & food, i would recommend the Santa Fe omelette :) the cheese cake factory is also close by but we didn't get to eat there this time unfortunately. We also liked the pool which was open when we were there. Netflix app on the tv and we were close to Griffith Park.

Paying for car parking.

Parking was 10 dollars a night,which was unusual. Building on the outside was a bit dated, but the inside was great. Friendly staff. Rooms very clean. More than enough space. Safe location. Both nights there were some very loud guests, but not hotels fault. There were a lot of non hotel guests in Parking lot. They looked like they were from close by businesses using the space to meet. Overall great experience, would stay there again. Rooms met my expectations but still seemed a bit pricey,but that's not a negative just my opinion.

Charge for parking. There's nowhere else you can really park. So why charge?

We needed to check in 2 hrs early and we were charged $30 for early check-in. The room was ready and the staff was not put out with extra work. We were exhausted after about overnight flight and had no where to go for 2 hrs. It was just a way to get more money out of exhausted travelers. It really left a bad taste in my mouth for an otherwise excellent hotel. I would understand if they had to go to more trouble to let us in, but they didn't. It was ready and no trouble on their part. Really ridiculous!

Im in love with the location, across the street from the Americana at brand mall and a target super near, a shake shack in the corner and two blocks from an In and out. Close to Universal (paid 20 for a Lyft to get there) close to the rose bowl (we went to LA to see a concert at the Rose Bowl), we used the burbank airport (Bob Hope) so we payed about 20-25 each ride we took, the Griffith Observarory was also very close. We felt safe walking around at night. I loved it! It has been refurbished not long ago so it felt updated and clean. I loved that there’s a Keurig and 6 pods in the room, a fridge and a safe. there was also a coffee table, a desk with a chair and plenty of room to put your stuff.

The rooms and bathrooms are nicely redone, and everything was very clean. Bed was comfortable too.

The Google listing which links to Booking.com says they have breakfast, The don't and the manager didn't seem very concerned about the mistake. In addition the pool is not heated, so pretty unusable even on a warm day in February.

I knew that it wasn’t in a bad area, but it’s honestly in the perfect area. It’s near everything, and it’s so nice. It was very clean, even the pool looked really clear.

The only thing I didn’t like was how small the elevator was, but it wasn’t even that big of a deal. To me, it wasn’t that big of a problem to be an inconvenience, but I could see how it could be with a bigger family/group of people that are going up the elevator together.

The location is excellent, we felt really safe walking around at night , in fact I recommend it. The streets are full of music and there is a lovely family vibe. Must see the fountains too. Vagabond Inn is wonderful, soo comfy, slept better than at home. Room had wifi,fridge,iron,hairdryer and you can buy bits to eat and drink at reception.

Nothing, i'd stay again anytime.

Very nice location near all the nice restaurants in Glendale, easily accessible by public transportation, Pretty good value for the money. Pretty friendly staff as well

Very impressed that it had central air, fridge, iron,and hair dryer. Very close to a lot of things to do including shopping, eating, and movie theater.

There was someone next to us playing his music at 4 am. For the price I paid for the room we shouldn’t have had to pay for parking. Local tv stations did not include Spectrum channel, so we weren’t able to catch Dodger games.

Great location across from the Galleria and Americana malls. Newly renovated room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge, safe, soap/shampoo/conditioner/shower wash, etc. And very friendly staff across the board! Close to great restaurants and coffee shops including Philz and Foxy's, which had delicious food and friendly service, as well as being dog friendly. Great value for the money!

Somewhat loud due to proximity to neighbors, but not a deterrent and we would definitely come again.
