This was my first time in L.A. and as I looked around this property for me had the most value. I was looking for something that was inexpensive, close to friends and was comfortable. For the price of the room per night, I feel that the value was appropriate. The bed was comfortable, the room had a refrigerator and microwave, so I was able to have a small breakfast and dinner in the room.

There were a couple of minor problems with the cleanliness (nothing earth shattering). I contacted the manager and when I returned in the evening the apartment looked great.

First of all, I’m a disabled veteran, so it was very nice to be able to pull up to the front door and exit straight to the room. The staff was excellent, courteous and very helpful. Unlike some other places, they didn’t bother me they were not nosy, very quiet location of course except for in the mornings when people are going to work, you could hear some traffic not much gas station right across the street. It’s just about anything you could want microwave and refrigerator. Lots of storage/closet. Space.  be sure to ask David the owner about weekly rental rates. I would most definitely stay again.

It’s not that I didn’t like about the property they could do some upgrading on some of their towels but we’re decent.

The location cant be beat, Los Feliz the most underrated part of LA and this street has the best bars The Roost, The Bigfoot and Tam O'Shanter. The new Morrison has a scottish theme like the Tam and loved the food! If you like whisky, its a must! But I felt at home at this motel, the staff occasionally rang to see if I needed anything, and its great to park right outside. The heater was perfect during the rainy/snow week. Great little microwave and big fridge made it an ideal choice. Got a cool 50s feel but updated enough to enjoy. Easy access to Hollywood too. I cant wait to return.

The TV could use updating to smart but was big and good when I did watch tv.

there was a miscommunication between the manager and the person at the desk. the dispute was resolved. the manager was exceptionally helpful. I WOULD recommend this hotel and I will reserve a room there when I am in LA

Comfortable rooms, great location near lots of local attractions. The manager was unbelievably helpful and accommodating for me and my party. We had a lot of weird specifics and he was able to help me every time.

Only problem is it has a very small parking lot.

Cute little hotel.

I was in town to see an act at a night club. I chose the closest hotel to the night club thinking of saving $$$ on the cab fare. Apparently they do not have cabs in L.A. as I was unable to get one. I drove to the club, which I did not want to do. Partly because the hotel has over a dozen rooms but only four parking spots and I had one of them. Thankfully enough, the space was vacant when I returned. If you are not trained in the Uber/Lyft thing you might have trouble parking your rental car.

The hotel is in the heart of Los Feliz, which is perfect for me! In the morning, you can walk to two excellent coffee shops and Morrison's Burgers in the evening. The Scottish restaurant Tam O'Shanter is nearby, as are Griffith Park and Griffith Observatory.

First of all, it was so nice to meet such warm nice people ‼️ All aspects of  my stay were exceptional‼️. And welcomed my service animal with open arms, I felt at home‼️ I also like the fact that I could park in front of the room, always a plus. I would most definitely stay again ‼️😁

Location was awesome. There was a lot of place to go to around the hotel. The hotel was cute

It was a bit dusty and not good for my allergies. Wasn't fully swept or vacuumed. But was clean if that makes sense

Very good experience, stayed there for 5 days, clean, w/ all the amenities needed, very nice and helpful staff, great area with cafes, bakeries, restaurants all in walking distance. I would definitely come again.
