Great location - we went to a concert at Lanxess Arena which was a comfortable walk from the hotel. It was also a short walk to the Messe/Deutz Bahnhof. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed breakfast. The only negative experience were the birds that began singing early in the morning, prompting us to get up and close the windows, over which the hotel has no control. :-)

We would like to have seen more vegan/vegetarian options in the breakfast buffet, things like soy milk or oats for oatmeal.

Having a private balcony was really great! Location was just a half an hour walk from Köln Zentrum which was perfect.

The beds were too soft for us, very comfy, but we prefer a harder mattress. Sadly they only have very few parking spots. However we were advised where to park very close by, for same price. So great service!

Location was ok, tram line a few minutes away.

Expensive breakfast at $20 per person. Choice of food was ok, but was becoming sparse at our time of visit with hot food and croissants etc not replenished. No snacks or refreshments in foyer to purchase. Water machine but with reception closed in evening it would have been nice to be able to purchase some snacks.

The breakfast is really good and the location is also good. It's in residential area so it's quiet and you can have a good night of sleep. Rooms have a good size and we had a balcony, which was a good surprise.

In the summer the rooms can be too hot because of the exposure of the sun for more hours. The fans can help, but it'll be nice to have air conditioner or cooling fan. Also a small fridge to keep water fresh can improve the experience.

The room may be small, but it has a large window that lets in plenty of natural light all day long. Additionally, the shower boasts impressive water pressure and easily adjustable temperature controls, ensuring a comfortable bathing experience. The Lanxess Arena is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. it's also very close to Köln Messe/Deutz train station.

It's not a major concern since we're only staying for two nights, but the rooms don't have card access, only physical keys.

Good size rooms. Close to a tram stop for travel into the City. Very clean. Small parking area available

No kettle in the room. The front door to the hotel was left unlocked overnight with no one on duty downstairs.

Very well located, within walking distance of the center and main attractions. Nice and friendly staff.

Very expensive for a tiny room. Very expensive breakfast (20 €) for a standard breakfast, nothing special to justify this high price No available parking at the hotel.

We chose this hotel due to the proximity of the arena where we saw a concert...was a 10min walk. Staff very friendly on arrival and everything clean. Lucky enough to get one of the few car spots and glad we didn't have to worry about street parking.

If I had to knit-pick, a kettle with some tea bags or what not would have been a nice touch, but no big deal.
