The location of the hotel made it a pleasant place of stay while booking and it did turn out to be a conveniently located hotel, with all the major attractions within a fair distance. I had booked 2 rooms and the hotel management provided me with interconnecting rooms, which is very appreciable. There was a restaurant right next door named Auburn and a conveniently placed souvenir shop at the ground floor.

Absolutely nothing. Yes, the building and facilities are a bit old, but they have done their best to keep the items up and running. Appreciate that.

It was a very good stay. Hotel is very clean. All facilities provided in the room. Good bed, clean bathroom. Sufficient complimentary breakfast. Snacks order were in good quantity and well done. IN a quiet neighbourhood. But this may be a problem for ones, who are not driving there.

Staff take toooo long for check in procedure. It is the longest check in, inspite of the fact that we were the only ones there.

Location, comfort, and view from the room. neat and clean rooms and washrooms.

Breakfast was good but had a low taste and could have been better. They give one bottle of water per day and a total of two bottles for two day stay,Also there was no cross ventilation in the room, window were not having mosquito nets other wise we could have opened the windows. Overall i am super happy with the services.

We liked the hotel very much, Actually we planned to stay for one day but we extended our stay for one more day since we liked the hotel,

we didn't like the restaurant person"s behaviour. Ist day breakfast was not buffet, second day was buffet with limited items, food was good, the staff was so rude and he "ordered" us to keep the plates in the box

The check in desk was very quick and although I arrived before my check in time, they allocated a room immediately. Food was good, housekeeping staff were exceptional. Parking, although open, was safe with a security guard around.

Hot water was an issue. Used kettle for the same. Lot of normal water to be wasted to get hot water. Only once after throwing so much of water we got little hot water.

Smashing south indian breakfast to fuel you for the day. Both hotel and restaurant staff are very charming and helpfull. Highly recommended! Nice big room with everything in perfect order.

Rooms are really good, comfortable and clean. Restaurant's food is great,plus the rates are worth it. (Alcohol price is Low). Staff is very kind, From the front office to the housekeeping and even the restaurant waiters. Recommended breakfast buffet 😋

The locality is peaceful and also not too far from the main tourist attractions. Its clean and tidy but there is room for improvement. The staff was prompt to act and courteous.

The towels could be more clean and the facilities could be improved.

The room was very spacious, bathroom too spacious n everything was special. Food ordered -chicken biriyani - was excellent n cheap. Breakfast was good n decent. Check in n checkout were breezy. Great experience considering the deal I got on room rates.
