We absolutely loved our stay at Ajman Saray. This was our first time and I’m so adding it to my list for our next staycay plans. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality that made us feel super special. The resort itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf and beautifully landscaped grounds. Our room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities you could ask for. The attention to detail in both the design and comfort was outstanding. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the serene atmosphere that allowed us to truly unwind. The food was great and maybe just maybe would have asked for a bit more variety but the fact that they provide you with customized omelets every morning simply makes up for it. The beach and the pool are simply outstanding! Overall, our stay at Ajman Saray was nothing short of magnificent. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and peaceful escape. We will certainly be returning in the future!

There’s an essential ‘chemical’ oil diffuser machine at the lobby, the smell was too strong, such a toxic thing to use, as it causes allergies and irritations. I hope hotel management considers the guests health more.

From the moment we arrived, the concierge team took care of our luggage even before we got out of the taxi. So prompt! We were escorted in, given warm towels and a refreshing drink while we waited for check in. You instantly feel more relaxed after a long trip. We were checked in by Taimoor who provided an exceptional service to us, helped us check in a lot earlier and was a real pleasure to deal with overall. We were so grateful to him for sorting us out so quickly. The hotel itself is stunning. The pool area, the private beach and the facilities are fantastic. The shielded Bay Area is perfect for swimming. The beach is so clean and there are no stones or shells which makes it great for swimming in the ocean. Comfortable lounges by the pool and the beach. The team working there are proactive with getting you a lounge, helping with towels and making sure you are well taken care of. The room is large, comfortable, new and beautifully appointed. We had the ocean view room and it is well worth it. The water, coffee and tea, milk, honey and other things provided in the room are great. Massive shower and a separate bath, great size balcony, all wonderful. We were so grateful for the housekeeping team. Especially Rukshan who looked after us did an outstanding job every day and we were so impressed, even making a towel elephant and towel swans for us. Even though we only stayed for 4 nights, the sheets were changed in our room midway through the stay. I also want to mention Imrana, the housekeeping manager who checked in with us to make sure we were happy and everything was done to our liking. I travel a lot and I have to say this hotel has the best housekeeping standards and the best team. They really went above and beyond. Buffet breakfast and dinner were great. Wide selection and the dishes varied day to day. We didn’t have an all inclusive options so don’t know what that’s like.

Breakfast quality was a bit disappointing. Some guests behaviour as well. Filling their bags with food from breakfast buffet, reserving sun beds with their towels from early morning onwards.

The site is very well planned. Food is excellent. Management of the hotel is perfectly set – all services, staffs are working as one mechanism, starting from the reception and concierge to the beach attendants. All our inquires were responded super fast and friendly. Thanks to Vista restaurant – to the chef and to the staffs (Hala, Seema, Tsega, Lindo, Noel, Ibrahim, Nedad) and Vista bar (Lhezard is a master of cocktails) for their amazing professionalism, care, attention to details, responsiveness. Beach attendant Haris is super attentive and caring, he contributed to making our stay restful. We stayed at room 215, and we every enjoyed care and attention of the cleaning room service.

The beach and the aquatorium area are quite modest. The site would be even more attractive if more bushes or trees are there.

Rating: 10/10 Pros: We had an amazing 3-night stay at Ajman Saray! The room was beautiful, spacious, and stocked with luxury Byredo toiletries which was such a treat. The pool area was excellent with a family pool, adult pool, jacuzzi, hammocks, and a great pool bar. Big thanks to the lifeguards, especially Daniel, and the friendly pool staff. The beach was soft, sandy, and clean, with plenty of space to relax. But the highlight was definitely the food — delicious every day! Huge thanks to Nenad for his amazing service, Chef Shamal for tailoring meals to our family’s needs (especially for the kids), and Tsega, who made our parents’ anniversary extra special. Also loved Mejana Restaurant — top-notch food and service! Cons: Nothing at all — everything was perfect!

Great outstanding hotel. It was great as my son and his wife celebrated within 2 days in Saray hotel. The room was prepared well for them with lovely decoration.

We get confused as the lady on the front desk told us the amount without breakfast or dinner so we told her we are willing to buy for those days and she gave us the full amount for those 2 days which we paid for but after that when we enter to have our breakfast the next day we have been told that our names was not on the list and the amount which we paid was for 1 day only. It was embarrassing for us and we didn’t pay. Then when we try to get food from outside only sandwich and we are waiting in the respect ion we have been told it is not allowed and we can wait for our car in the corner which is not acceptable at all. Anyway only room and view was great other than that was not good experience for us. I am sorry.

We celebrated our anniversary here, and it was truly outstanding! We opted for the all-inclusive package, and it was worth every penny. It gave us the opportunity to try different outlets, offering a great variety of dining choices. The food at every outlet was exceptional! The staff made our experience even more special—they were incredibly friendly, took the time to chat with us, and even remembered our names. A special shoutout to Chef Royston, who was extremely helpful and made sure we had a fantastic dining experience. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. From the service to the food to the overall atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Very clean, well maintained and very courteous and skilled staff.

Management should consider and gear up for a full house especially arrival, rooms to be ready. Waiting at breakfast time is definitely not expected, should have opened an additional outlet to cope up with the numbers rather than making guests wait.

Woah! A lot of exciting memories to always reflect on my stay at ajman saray hotel, one not to forget in a jiffy! It was my birthday and they made it a memorable one, my experience exceeded my expectations. From the staff at the front desk (cecy) she was so freindly, welcoming and professional in checking me in, I won't forget how she suggested I switch to the sea view room to get a great experience on my special day. They made my birthday a memorable one. Got a surprise of cake, balloons and sand writing from the hotel which I never expected😘 The facility and it's environ was so perfect to reflect and meditate. I look forward to visit again.
