The room was clean, and the entire hotel area was well-kept. The bed was comfortable and provided us with a good rest, especially after a long flight. Although the location was near the freeway, it didn't generate much noise unless you opened the window. This property is adjacent to the Dutch Mill bus station, where you can catch a bus to Chicago O'Hare or downtown Chicago. I extended my stay twice because I was traveling for a serious family matter and needed a longer stay. The price was competitive. The breakfast wasn’t great, but it was sufficient to fill you up in the morning. The only thing you need to consider about staying here is the restaurants or eateries, especially if you are not driving. Arby's is the only one that is close to the property, unless you don't mind eating burgers every day, then it would be fine. Otherwise, ordering through DoorDash is helpful. Overall, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay in this property.

We liked everything about the property. We booked for four nights, coming from Texas to Madison to help our son get settled in his new home as heorepared to start his PhD at university of Wisconsin. The price was one of the best we saw as we looked at different hotels. It had good reviews so we took a chance. It was only three exits from the downtown area, just. Down the street from restaurants and a grocery store, and two exits from Walmart. The room was soacuous and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The fridge in the room was bigger than most mini fridges which was nice for our food and snacks. Breakfast was good as well. The hotel is tucked into a side street which felt private and secluded. We will stay again when we visit.

Noises at night.. Unfortunately, the one night there were guests out in the hallway talking until about 3:30. In the morning, I went out at about 6 am, the entire hallway smelled of marijuana... *On my thursday and friday nights, The room above me sounded like they were moving furniture all night...

The room was clean, neat, nice…although there were a few strange hairs in the bathroom and sink; still the room was very neat and clean. It has a tub, which was good for a hot soak, and a good shower. The beds were extremely comfortable. The window was a bit difficult to open, the track may have been broken. The breakfast provided was standard fare, but very good. They were pet friendly, and the staff was very nice, courteous and friendly. Although the location was a bit out of the way from more central downtown Madison, it wasn’t inconvenient and I’d definitely stay again. Overall, it was very nice.

Guy at the desk when I checked in was really friendly, shared some laughs when I checked in. Nice, clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast spread, always love the Belgium waffle machines.

Tried watching a show on your TV, internet strength wasn't good enough and didn't work. I honestly didn't care just letting you know as I only tossed it on because I didn't want to really do anything. Was a Friday night so maybe too many people were on it at the same time.

It was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. It has an indoor pool, which we didn’t get a chance to take advantage of, but it’s a nice amenity.

The breakfast selection wasn’t great. We were in Madison for a concert at Camp Randall Stadium. So, it wasn’t in the best location for the venue, (Our fault, not theirs). But, a good location for hopping back on the expressway to go home.

Super clean room, I was very impressed that there were no unpleasant odors as I am a migraine sufferer with scent triggers. The towles and bedding were clean and fresh smelling too! The spa tub in my room was also clean and free of any mold/mildew. Just overall very impressed. The breakfast was very good with a lot to offer. I have often found while traveling that hot water is hard to come by. This was not the case here at all, again very impressed. I would book here again.

The only "complaint" I have, which isn't relevant to the property is that it is in an industrial type area with not much nearby for dining but I also didn't look for much.

Exceptional, forward leaning staff who strove to meet any and all requests re: co-location of rooms, early check-in, etc. This was a very pleasant "home base" during a stressful family-centered trip to Madison, Wisconsin. I will use the facility again without hesitation,

Only one "concern" -- the toilets in each room were extremely low -- fully functional, of course, -- but low, which is a bit problematic for those of us who have celebrated more than a few birthdays.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection of breakfast items. The jacuzzi was very relaxing. There were plenty of clean towels.

The only thing missing from our room was a coffee maker, but there was always some in the lobby.
