The resort is impressively large, and the natural environment and landscape are absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of flowers, trees, and bushes. I love nature, and I appreciate that the resort allows for walking around while being surrounded by flowers and birds. I also liked the restaurant menus, which can accommodate any preference or taste — from vegan to meat eaters — and the restaurants are spread throughout the area. The entertainment staff is exceptional, with many dancers and entertainers who are active throughout the day around the pool, at the beach volleyball and football courts. In the evening, they put on enjoyable shows at the amphitheater and the disco club. One special mention: at 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM, the entertainers offer dance fitness sessions set to Cuban or Latin American music. They are incredibly skilled at teaching moves you might not even realize the human body can make! Tuffy leads the 3:30 PM session every day, while the others — Lucas, Ingrid, Leo, and other young, beautiful, and energetic team members — are highly appreciated for their engaging interaction, positive energy, and warmth.

There are two aspects that could be improved. First, the bathroom ventilation in our hotel room didn’t work properly. To ensure adequate air circulation, we had to leave the room and balcony doors open from time to time. Second, smoking is allowed on the restaurant terraces, in the amphitheater, and in the disco area. Unfortunately, this means that non-smokers — including children — are left with no choice but to be exposed to secondhand smoke. Unfortunately, we also had a heavy smoker as a neighbor, and he seemed to be smoking not only cigarettes but also something else with a terrible smell. Our room terrace was overwhelmed by the odor during the night, and we had to keep the terrace door closed until late.

A great option for families with kids. There are plenty of facilities and ways for the young ones to entertain themselves. The animation team was great. Actually,all of the staff members we interacted with were extremely helpful and kind. The food was well prepared, delicious and plenty. There is a healthy corner and a baby food corner. There are options for meat lovers, vegetarians and vegans. The beach is big and they keep it clean and organised. There are enough sun beds and umbrellas for everybody. The resort provides towels for the beach and the pool area. The aqua park is nice. There are slides for all ages. There is also a relax pool for those, who prefer it more quiet and calm. The room was clean and big enough for the three of us. It is very green and with vast territory. Although it is a big resort, it is not too noisy. Actually it was quite quiet. Overall, great value for money.

During the most busy hours at lunch and especially at dinner time (about 8 o'clock) the restaurant was very crowded and it was difficult to find ourselves a table. I would suggest going around 7.30 or after 8.30. The a-la-cart restaurants are also an option (there is a requirement of minimum 7 night stay to be able to go and you.can choose one during your stay). Although the resort does not allow you to reserve the sun beds with personal belongings and towels, we found many people still do it. Mostly for the first line at the beach and the line closest to the waterslides.

I was happy to see that the sun umbrellas on the beach are renew this season and the shade is effective. The most I like the beach in this resort. The evening show is great, too. Gardens in whole resort are beautiful. Food and drinks are also good.

The dishes in the main restaurant was not always clean. There was not enought tables for all the guests and if you are going late, you need to wait. There should be more games and fun for kids- the kids disco is too short. The water in the aquapark is very cold even in hot days afternoon, it is only 25cm deep and I have no explanation why is so freezing cold.

The Aquapark, the evening shows, the beach, the beach restaurant, the park area, the disco bar, the variety of training classes (Zumba, body work) and beach games during the day, the food was delicious and various, the hotel room was spacious, beds and pillows were comfirtable

The tons of people in the restaurant made the dinners very difficult and unpleasant to find a free table, to collect your meal it took around 20 min, to enjoy the food when so much background noise from the people around; too much noise coming from the beach animation at noon/ between 2-4 pm, when children were sleeping

Beatifull landscape, gardens well maintained,make you fell like in paradise.Entertaiment for kids and adults. Tasty Bulgarian food,plenty of choice,hard working kitchen employers.Giving 10 to the lady master of the soups.

There is not ventilation in the bathroom. No wash clothes. Good thing i brought my own shampoo&conditioner.

This is our 3rd stay at this resort. We do like the place, the facilities, the personnel and the fact that the water in the pools was warmer than the previous one.

Food variety and quality can be improved. It will also be good to think more about vegetarian people - what it can be offered to them too.
