Cleanliness all over, great facilities, well equipped apartments

For such high standard and high priced , cleaning, and change of towels only one time during a 1 week stay is way below the standard they should hold

Such a lovely resort. Our first time in Gran Canaria and we will definitely be back! Amazing view from our room on the 8th floor of Monte Anfi. Excellent facilities both in the apartment and around the Anfi complex. Washing machine and dish washer in the room with washing tablets provided. Our kids loved Anfi Beach Club pools but we liked the peace and quiet at Monte. Brilliant staff at the kids club. No big rush for sunbeds at 7am!

Didn't realise we could use all the facilities at the other Anfi hotels until later into our stay. Small selection of shops on the beach front but for shopping you need to leave the resort.

Great 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor of Monte Anfi overlooking the gardens at the end of the resort. Very peaceful. The balcony was very large and private. Sadly it only got the direct sun from early morning until around 11am. Very clean resort. No fighting over sunbeds over Easter 2024. The resort is in a good location to get the buses.

There was an issue with squeaky pipes in the apartment's main bathroom that was a bit distracting. It didn't bother us that much so we never reported it.

Apartments Top class,5 stars. Very Clean. Staff are very friendly. If you don't want to go anywhere and just have a down time quite holiday this is the place. Excellent Spar shop for food shopping.

Very few restaurants to choose from. No souvenir shops. Very little shops in general. Need to get taxi to nearest town for shops etc. €62 from airport to hotel. Water Parks are just OK as is the go karting.

Two bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious and comfortable with great facilities. The pools were brilliant and having access to the wider resort was a massive bonus. Having the beach on the doorstep as well so brilliant.

The main pool in Gran Anfi could do with some renovations - tiles coming off and black dirt. Happy hour pints of beer at €7 a pint was also a bit steep.

Our stay at Anfi exceeded our expectations! We had a 2 room apartment, both with their own bathroom, jacuzzi and balcony with seaview. We almost couldn't wish for more! The location is exceptional. The beach, pools, marina and restaurants were amazing! Most people in Gran Canaria are very friendly, the same goes for the staff of Anfi. You really feel at home here.

We had a great stay and liked everything. The only thing we missed in the apartment was an oven. There was a microwave but no combo. But with the good weather and great restaurants, we barely spend time inside after all.

Clean, spacious, with comfy beds. Nice private terrace, v sunny all morning. Several pools to go to, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, not overcrowded (Feb), nice vibe in the restaurants.

Old fashioned filter coffee machine, location is OK but not v easy to walk to ‘normal’ places off the resort.

The atmosphere is gives us a great holiday experience The apartment look amazing! the view from the balcony is awesome My family walk into the rooms, and balcony - all they shout is waoooooo!

The sign leading to the resort from the main road need to be bold. The only thing visible is the parking sign as It's our first time in the area. The gym opening time can be from 7.30 or 8am. The car parking should be free

Nice holiday club with lots of attractions. perfect location with very nice beach

At the check-in we were informed that some minor repair work to be done in one of bathrooms on Monday. Finally it appeared that they were demolishing wall to repair toilet flush. In the very end, dust was everywhere including bedroom linen our clothes and etc. We have couple time to ask for proper cleaning and linen to be changed.

Very comfortable apartment (large bathrooms, jacuzzi in the bedroom), spacious terrace, beautiful view of the ocean from the window, kitchen appliances, close to the beach, close to shops and restaurants, availability of water sports.

The beach is open to guests from outside the hotel, so it is crowded.
