Room was specious (as I booked), clean, qiute, comfy bed. I had a kettle in the room, which was not written on booking site, so that was a nice suprise. Bathroom was very nice and specious. Location can be plus and minus..in general is close to Central Station (just one metro stop away) but in industrial part of the city which is not very clean.

Breakfast is not self-service, but you have to tell to the staff what to put on your plate. I suppose this is something from "covid times" but now it is annoying and not necessary. You have to wait on service and you really do not have a good look on all the options. Kitchen staff is not so good with English, so the whole breakfast process is complicated. Pancakes are ridiculously small (one or two bites). Pastry and bread are excellent, coffee also very good. Missing fresh vegetables.

We liked the room size and facilities. And also we like the shuttle service of hotel which is really good. The cleaning service also was good..

We didn't like the location, it was close to train/metro, but it's difficult to reach that place, and also in the nighttime you feel unsafe. We didn't like the breakfast table. Not much options and also there is not self service and access to dishes, you should always ask for something. And stuff don't speak and understand English well which is problem to communicate.

absolutely lovely hotel. let us drop our bags off early so we could go to Pompeii and the. check back in later in the day. great bar. nice breakfast and very comfy beds.

location is about 20 min walk from back of Napoli main train garibaldi station. it’s a bit rough and ready area so we were shocked when we got to the hotel and it was so nice. they do run a shuttle in the evenings and we used this to come back in the evening after dinner and it was free and we felt a bit safer. I think they should run a couple of shuttles in the morning to the station and then the center and couple back at 2pm and 3pm if they wanted to make improvements. I would consider staying here again then as it was really good value for money.

I had a very spacious, comfortable and clean room, which contained everything I needed.

The ongoing renovation work in the entrance area was presumably necessary, but did not improve the impression of the otherwise very nice hotel. The location of the hotel is suboptimal for tourists, but not too noisy. Limited choice of food for breakfast compared to other countries.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fabulous. The room was a great size and very comfortable. The parking was great and a huge plus. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

The hotel is not very close to downtown itself by waking and you need to take the metro/ bus to get to the focal points of the city. With that said, the trade off was having a safe and comfortable place to park. The noise was a bit of an issue as our room was the first room going up the stairs on the first floor and we could hear everything taking place in the lobby and the noise from the outside courtyard where people sit out to smoke. Other than that it was great!

Overall the place is nice and has a good value. Breakfast had a decent amount of options and was good, they serve instead of buffet which seemed strange but nothing bad about it. Rooms are clean although they smell a bit like an old building.

The location is not great, the surroundings are very dirty and lots of trash in the streets. Nevertheless you get to Naples center fairly quick through public transport. Pompei is also easy to reach via train.

Inside hotel is very nice, good breakfast, rooms are nice , personal also is nice. There is nice bar almost in front of hotel where they give delicious picas and prices are normal.

Hotels shuttle to the city has to be something changed because there was big problems , driver didnt want to drive people back or forward if there was more people than seats, and it always was more and always was conflicts who came first and bla bla bla, and he didnt drive , and if you dont fit you have to wait for 30 minutes again and then again feel disconfort. I would recommend hotel make reservations or something so there would not be problems. And outside hotel area is also little scarry, but all Naples lots of trash so might be normal :)

staff were very welcoming and friendly on arrival, the room was comfortable and clean. overall we had a lovely stay, would definitely recommend :)

only downside to the property was the location, even though it was only a 20minute walk from the station, the ways to get there were very dodgy and unclean- would not feel safe if i was to walk through them alone

It was a nice hotel with decent sized, modern rooms. The maid service was efficient as were the reception staff.

They still had Perspex ‘Covid’ barriers up at breakfast, meaning you had to wait for staff to serve you. Then they came and mingled with us to serve coffee and clear plates. It all seemed rather bizarre!

We enjoyed the stay overall. Staff, room and cleanliness was great. Great value for money. Location is also superb, 5 minutes by foot to metro/tram, 15 minutes to the main train station.

We had to wait for quite a long time for the check-in because the room wasn't ready, but everything after that was great. Also the way the hotel serves breakfast - you have to choose the items and wait for the waiter behind the counter to get you what you want. Would appreciate the classical hotel approach.
