The location was very close to the Train Station, seven minutes walking, the breakfast was typical Neapolitan heavy on carbs, but set us up for the day. Also plenty of restaurants and bars around. The family that own the B&B were incredibly helpful and friendly, nothing to say, perfect

The outside of the building looks a bit rough, but then so does most of Naples, once inside though it's very clean and modern. The photo is of my wife coming out of the door of the B&B.

We needed to stay here for one day and night before catching the high speed train to Firenze the next day. This property is a very short walk to the train station, and everything we might need for one day was close by: groceries, rail station for excursions through Napoli, pretty cafes for food and coffee. We liked the security of the room and appreciated the availability of the staff to help us with check in. We dropped our bags here early before taking a boat ride to Capri, and the staff protected our bags, and placed them in our room waiting for us at the end of the day. The room was comfortable and relatively spacious, compared to others we've seen, and had a nice big bathroom and shower with hot water and good pressure.

The entry to the property is not at all easy to see or well labeled. We could not find it without guidance on WhatsApp from the host. The door is not proper size for an adult. You have to hunch over to step through, and it's a bit tricky with luggage in tow. This part of town (industrial) is frankly quite ugly, noisy and stinky. Garbage is on the street all over the place. If this were the only part of Napoli that we saw, we would think it is a very ugly city. But fortunately, just a short walk away is the beautiful port and seashore, and all the best parts of the city. So, its a tradeoff.

Nice hotel in the middle of Naples!!! The location is very good close to the central station easy to the take the train and bus to another places nearly there such as Sorrento, Pompei also Positano. The rooms were super clean also comfortable. The staff is suuuuuuper friendly and helpful. One of the hotel maid brought me to the airport on a Vespa scooter. It’s was so nice, amazing experience!!! They offer a simples breakfast.

It’s not so easy to find the right address because it’s a little bit confusing but staff help you via WhatsApp.

The property was really clean inside and looked to have been newly renovated. Bathroom was a really good size. All amenities were working. We were provided with a delicious breakfast each morning which had many options, the hosts even made sure to cater for my gluten free allergy. The hosts of the property were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay in Naples, they gave us fantastic recommendations and tips how to navigate our way around, including providing us with maps and recommending sites and restaurants. The location is super close to the central train station and makes getting to places like pompeii or the city very easy. Would recommend anyone coming to Naples to stay here!

The property suited our needs perfectly, there was nothing to dislike. We will definitely be booking here again if we return to Naples.

The room is clean and modern. The host is nice and provides good local information. Although it is Airbnb style without 24 hours reception, I can communicate with the host and leave my luggage at the lobby after checkout. Close to central train station and 30-40 minutes walk to old town and port. Free tea all the time and breakfast with many sweet.

I had hard time to find the property as I was not realized an Airbnb style booking when I book it. After hearing back from the host quickly, and get into the property, everything is fine.

My hosts were absolutely beautiful people. They were quick to respond to messages, and they were punctual. The apartment was gorgeous and immaculate. Breakfast was very good.My hosts were also nice enough to allow me to pay a little extra to check out in the late afternoon/early evening and they even gave me a ride to the port in order to catch an overnight ferry. I felt so welcomed and cared for. Thank you, Salvatore and Luisa! I hope to return!

The only negative is the surrounding area because it is a five minute walk from Garibaldi Train Station. The neighborhood is dirty, and traffic is crazy. But, I knew this in advance, and the reviews before me all stated how safe and clean the property was once you get past the front door. I can validate that. The proximity to trains was worth a bit of a rough neighborhood.

Breakfast was plenty we had our orange juice everymorning and the cakes were different everyday giving us the opportunity to taste different cake each day Coffee excellent Friendly service from Rafael and Salvatore Big thank you. The property was very clean and welcoming the WOW factor was definitely present. Everything nearby, restaurants shops and train station and bus station

NOTHING Everything was perfect. Rafael was in contact all the time as our train was delayed. He was there waiting for us and without expecting it he took our suitcase upstairs and even offered us a most welcomed juice as it was very hot

Everything was perfect the only thing that would be good for foreigners would be to change their TV for a smart TV , so they let their guest connect to their streaming service like Netflix because everything on their TV is on Italian language and at night is impossible to enjoy a move or relax with a tv program. The personal is super kind and always helped us, they keeped our luggage after checkout. The breakfast a continental.

My priorities were: a quiet, cool room; and proximity to good public transportation. My room was wonderfully quiet, a haven in this busy, noisy city. I had control of the temperature of the room. A walk of about three blocks put me at the central train station. Here my intercity bus arrived; and here the two main lines of the metro converged. While I didn't use it, it is of course the hub of the city's rail system. This makes the location close to the amenities of a major European city rail hub: lots of shops and food offerings. Raffaele contacted me before my arrival and met me out front with the keys. I felt personal but not intrusive attention throughout my stay. The room has no frills, but it was up-to-date with all modern facilities--spacious bathroom, a refrigerator, a comfortable bed, reliable wi-fi. A generous breakfast of bakery offerings and yogurt was delivered to my table each morning.

The neighborhood isn't one I'd linger in at night, but that was not an issue for me. I felt safe walking from the train station at dusk, and altogether secure inside. Behind a front door requiring a key, one arrives at a door that represents the property. This leads into a common area (a kitchen and small terrace), where each room is private like typical hotel rooms.

Great b&b just few minutes walking from Naple's Central Station. Raffaele and Salvadore were super kind and very helpul hosts. Breakfast was very good (donut, croissant, yoghurt, Nutella) and boost our day :) The most remarkable thing: we got a flight delay and Raffaele suggested to come pick us up from the airport, which we are really appreciated :) Overall very pleasant staying, with clean room, nice atmosphere and welcome vibes! For sure, I will come back in the future :)
