The proximity to the train station for us, was exactly what we needed. It also worked out in that it was on the metro line to quickly get us to the Spanish quarter for the afternoon. The room was very clean, with a lovely rooftop terrace and the beds were good enough for our one night stay.

Not a big deal, but if AC bothers you, the placement of it could be a little bothersome because it can be a little direct, despite it not being overly powerful.

The location was great and so was the view. very friendly host!

The facilities need some repairs - the shower head didn’t work properly and toilet was difficult to flush. some complimentary toiletries would be a nice addition such as soap. We would have appreciated this being travellers. There was also no signage on the facade to tell you that you were at the right place - we were very confused when we arrived from the airport!

The accomodation felt like a haven when we arrived in Napoli. Considering it's very close to the train station you wouldn't expect such nice rooms with a very nice view of Mt Vesuvius. The host was very attentive via WhatsApp messages to make sure we got in the building and apartment alright.

Friendly member of staff met us to get us checked in, room was big and in a great location for the train and metro! Great balcony view too!! Breakfast was juice/coffee and croissant from nearby cafe.

There seemed to be a bit of an ant problem in the room.

A wonderful view of the whole of Naples and Vesuvius from the terrace!!! the railway station is a 5-minute walk from the property, you can get to any coast by train. Special thanks to Sue for always being in touch! the reception is not open 24/7, we arrived late at night, but we were still greeted and given directions

one thing maybe on the page that all communication is only done through what’s app no real person to talk to love the stay but when we requested a early check in or even to leave our bags in a bag drop at the location the owner did not get back till I actually turned up at property and was concerned we could not check in. but worked out I the end.

The location is really nice- just 4 minutes from the central station, which is the leading traffic interchange of the city. You can reach any other place in Napoli or visit other cities easily from here. Breakfast was also really nice! Even though it's not smth we are used to( a sweet pastry and coffee), for us it was quite filling and it was nice to taste Italian culture a bit more. The view from the balcony was great, bur we had rain during our stay, so we didn't use the terrace.

The third bed was a folding bed with a mattress, which was not very convenient, but taking into account the price, it is ok. Also the bed linen didn't look quite fresh, but overall it's ok. And don't forget to take your own toiletries.

My booking was very last minute but the owner was very kind and had it ready for me. His kindness was much appreciated. I will certainly book again should I need to stay over in Naples in the future.

Localisation was great a few minutes from train station absolutely stunning view from terrace. Good communication, room was clean so everything what you need.

Room and bathroom really clean. View from rooftop was nice. Clear and easy instructions to get in.

Only area of hotel is not so nice, too much strange people and dirty.
