The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was very relaxing and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels brought in and the bin changed. The staff spoke enough English for us to be able to communicate with them without much issue. Beds were very comfortable, air-conditioning in the room was lovely as well as the led lights on the roof

The location wasn't great in a very busy area, it was very loud at night from the street noise. The area was a bit rough at nighttime also The TV didn't have the possibility of netflix but our friends staying in the next room did.

Room was good size. Bathroom was nice and staff friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was very quiet so had no problem sleeping at night. Less than 5 min walk from the main train station so hotel is central to get to anywhere in Naples or further afield.

Location of hotel. Looks very dodgy from the outside but once you're inside the hotel is lovely. There was no kettle in the room which the website said there would be. No shower gel in the room and there was no staff to say it to.

Have your own jacuzzi, salt therapy room and sauna. It's like staying in a Thai spa centre with everything ready to be used. Clean and well equipped, with enough rack and hooks for clothes and luggage, even a small fridge. Bed is comfy and pillow not too soft Location is great

Smart TV took a while to get sorted with WiFi issues. Thought bed would be in another room but it's right next to jacuzzi. The toilet seat doesn't look clean and probably needs replacement. Requires 10c for lift.

I recommend the place, the staff is nice and the room was comfortable, the bathroom was big and comfortable. We were recommended typical places to eat and it was great, the parking was super helpful! The area was perfect because it was close to the station, as soon as we left we had breakfast in the bar nearby and there is a supermarket as well. We will definitely come back !

the room is clean and things are comfortable. The location is near train station so if you will travel a lot by train then it's a good choice

it's a bit noisy during the night. When I open the window during the night, I can always smell the exhaust fumes from cars/motorcycles.

Room was well appointed and convenient to the train station. Staff was friendly and accommodating, although two of the three had very limited English.

The neighborhood is a bit scary for those not familiar with Naples, but we are two older women and never felt threatened. There was no breakfast even though it's a B & B.

The advertising photo is misleading. We rented it for our wedding anniversary, supposedly with a jacuzzi, but it turned out NOT to be the right option. When we arrived, everything was fine, but without a jacuzzi.

Good location, grocers nearby, trainstation 5 min walk, clean room, daily cleaning service in the room.

Slim walls, no sound insulation, neighbour room was partiing and taking showers for 2 hours, we couldn’t rest that night…

We loved our room which had a Jacuzzi, sauna, and Himalayan salt room! Amazing to come back to after a day of walking, and seeing to sights of Naples. The staff would fill the Jacuzzi every evening for us, we just needed to give them a heads up regarding what time we would arrive back. There is also great coffee shops close by, and an easy 10-15 min walk into the busy streets where plenty of bars and restaurants are located.

What's not to like!

The communication with the hotel was very easy and clear. They also helped me upgrade to the room with the spa which made me very happy. They were also great with my kid and made us feel very welcome!

As others have mentioned the walls are thin. This was no issue for me as I can sleep through many noises. However, we could hear the full movie another guest was watching on the TV. You can hear some outside traffic as well but it was not a bother for us.
