The location is great. Minutes away from the metro Garibaldi and a decent size grocery store right next to the station. A tall Italian gentleman at the hotel front desk was very polite and very helpful. We would definitely recommend staying at the Ramada Hotel.

There was discrepancy among the hotel desk clerks as to whether the city tax had been paid through Booking.com or to be paid separately with the hotel.

Really convenient location, spacious room and huge bathroom with great view across the city. Stay was very short (one night), so no breakfast or other facilities were used - but the staff were super helpful and friendly, and it was a very short walk from the central station. Very comfortable beds too.

The rooms were a little tired, wallpaper and windowsills for example - and the shower didn't have adequate screen so bathroom floor got quite wet. But these didn't affect the comfort of the room at all in a bad way. Be aware also the proximity to the station, and the direction from there means that the walk to and from the station, and the immediate surrounds is pretty scruffy, so some guests may feel a little unsafe to walk there alone.

Value for money - close to the railway station and airport bus. We got the room early, and the staff was very helpful. The gym was ok, and the breakfast good as well. The best alternative in the area. Short walk to the old city and a lot of good restaurants near by - as well as a supermarket.

The hotel is old and could need renovation. However it keeps the price on a low level. The are is not the best, but we encountered no problems.

Very nice facilities. Comfortable, clean room, very friendly and helpful stuff, very good breakfast. Very nice experience! The only problem is the location.

Not the best location. It is near the main train station wich is a plus, but the area is not in a walking distance to the posh parts of the city and you need taxi all the time.

The reception staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had all amenities for a good night's rest.

The area where the hotel is situated did not appear to be safe. Therefore, we stayed at the hotel and did not explore the area.

The parking lot is next to the hotel and it’s private but in some kind of cooperation with hotel. The hotel’s location is so good for reaching sightseeing locations but the places around the hotel are not so classy 😉

I gave 10 thanks to the staff. Otherwise I think the owner of this hotel earns enough money to clean at least the walls in the rooms. But the people are gorgeous here...the staff from reception, restaurant and cleaning ladies! They deserve 10!

The way the management don t invest minimum of amount to keep the rooms in a nice way.

The receptionist was really kind and helpful, since we had our flight diversed to the other airport and didn't even know if we will make in the same day to Naples. Good location - very near to Garibaldi train station. Big room and spacious bathroom. Great breakfast with really various selection - everything from sweet to savoury, fruits...

Easy to find from the station. Staff were great, nice, polite and friendly. The maid did a great job on the room cleaning Breakfast had a great variety and always topped up Nothing went low.

Would of liked a double bed was given two single beds which were uncomfortable for both me and the Mrs.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful once we arrived. Location was central.

Emails were not answered when we emailed 3 times to ask how to reach the hotel from the train station. I ended up having to ask someone from booking.com to prompt the hotel to answer.
