Really convenient location, spacious room and huge bathroom with great view across the city. Stay was very short (one night), so no breakfast or other facilities were used - but the staff were super helpful and friendly, and it was a very short walk from the central station. Very comfortable beds too.

The rooms were a little tired, wallpaper and windowsills for example - and the shower didn't have adequate screen so bathroom floor got quite wet. But these didn't affect the comfort of the room at all in a bad way. Be aware also the proximity to the station, and the direction from there means that the walk to and from the station, and the immediate surrounds is pretty scruffy, so some guests may feel a little unsafe to walk there alone.

Value for money - close to the railway station and airport bus. We got the room early, and the staff was very helpful. The gym was ok, and the breakfast good as well. The best alternative in the area. Short walk to the old city and a lot of good restaurants near by - as well as a supermarket.

The hotel is old and could need renovation. However it keeps the price on a low level. The are is not the best, but we encountered no problems.

The location near Naples main train station and metro line. The room was clean and quiet ,, the breakfast was good. The staff were nice and helpful. The air conditioning worked well

The neighbourhood were the hotel was located and the streets to the hotel weren’t clean. The TV didn’t have a single Arabic channel despite it is a cable, and there was no tissue paper in the main room

I felt the surrounding are is not in a safe area Too much sweet dishes for a breakfast, which I noticed a common thing in Italian hotels breakfast; replace some with healthy vegetarian dishes for people who do not eat meat or people who do not eat non-halal meat.

Large, clean room. Very comfortable bed. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent, especially the beef appetizer and peppered beef.main course.

Darkening curtain on one window didn't close all the way, but was able secure it together. Forgot to mention to staff before I left. Because of how they responded to other questions, etc, I am confident they would have addressed it immediately had I brought it to their attention.

The hotel met all our expectations that any Ramada Property would. The staff knows English, which smoothened out the entire communication (something which seemed relatively hard to get by in Naples). The breakfast spread was quite good.

Relatively safer area as compared to the surrounding ones. Naples in general is filthy but I would rather stay at this hotel than other places around Central Napoli.

Gorgeous hotel. It was fresh clean and modern. It was very close to the train station and centre of Naples with nice restaurants locally.

It was a pity that it is very rundown around the hotel. This was no reflection on the hotel. All of Naples is the same. A lot of run down, graffiti buildings and rubbish.

Five minute walk to train station and thirty minute walk to ferry for trip to Capri.Not at hotel for breakfast but had dinner both nights in the hotel restaurant which was good value with excellent service and menu varied each evening. Room was large and bed a very comfortable king size.Staff were friendly and very helpful

The tours for Pompeii , Almalfi Coast leave from right outside the hotel, or just the next street need the station, with a 20 minute walk to the older streets of the city. Perfect location, although didn't wish to be walking the streets late at night.

Wifi was down on first night. An inconvenience as vital work requiring internet access was needed with a tight deadline.

The reception staff met us and were friendly and helpful. We were offered a drink of water and showed to the bar area where we enjoyed a beverage and were given a tray of nibbles. The location was ok for what we needed, and having a car park, discounted next door was also a bonus.

We were booked into a Superior Double room, but we were not allocated this and only realising once we were settled in the room. I went to reception to query this and we were then moved to a bigger room as advertised except no slippers or bathrobes in the room. The location is ok but the streets were filthy with a large amount of waste on the surrounding streets and a few homeless people about. The hotel was fine, just the area.
