I had the pleasure of staying in La strettola recently. I must say, Luca (the host) is an exceptional host. Luca is an incredibly kind and welcoming person who went out of his way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The house itself has been beautifully renovated, making it modern, clean, and inviting. The room I stayed in was spotless and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the overall ambiance was warm and cozy. I highly recommend staying at this place. From his charming personality to the meticulously renovated house, it is a top-notch accommodation option.

The room must have been recently remodeled. Very clean, and everything was in good working order. The property is in a short walking distance to the Naples Centrale Train Station (Garibaldi). The host doesn't speak in English, but was nice enough to use a translator app to quickly respond to all my questions/requests (via Booking.com app).

I was VERY disappointed to the train station area (not to this property). The train station itself, the building where this property is located, and only a few other buildings in the area were in a good shape. Most other buildings in the district are badly maintained. Not a good place to visit for sightseeing. Unless you have a reason to stay close to Garibaldi train station, stay away from this area (or just pass Naples all together).

Lovely and helpful staff. Good price for the night. Close to a few eating spots. Room presented as per advertisement.

Stains on the bed linen, and there was no soap in the shower or general toiletry products for washing hair/body wash. Streets are a little dark and felt that it may not have been safest area. We would recommend getting a taxi to and from accommodation and not walking too far at night.

The property was easy to access. It was comfortable and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. There is a cafe underneath the building which was very convenient.

The shower temperatures were variable which led to discomfort. The light in the passage kept going out which was difficult when waiting for rest of family.

Staff is very friendly and nice and everything was very clean, also it was very calm, which is difficult to find in a city like naples. Beds were also very comfy!

You had to be very careful with not being loud and you could hear other people in the staying but it’s a minor inconvenience since I slept with earplugs and for the price it’s what you get. Also the area might not be the best for other people but my friend and I already lived in Naples so it wasn’t a big thing for us.

Fantastic place to stay, room was very clean and everything worked perfectly. The personnel was helpful and location of this venue is amazing. Its great to be so close to the train station/shops & services. It made plannig very easy and stress free.

I don't have a bad thing to say honestly. We only had some trouble finding the entrance to the building. Google maps suggest that this is "red corner building" in fact the entrance is like 30m furher down the same alley.

First of all, staff is excellent and will help with anything you need. Room was clean and tidied up every day and it had everything you need for a couple nights stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and overall feeling of the room. Location is couple minutes from Garibaldi Station which has some transport to all important sites around Naples. Very very easy to travel around from this spot.

I see why area around the hotel could seem scary to some people but its nothing to be worried about.

The room was nice and clean. The caretaker Emma is super nice and friendly. The location of the B&B is in walking distance from Naples Termini.

The neighborhood is scary and dirty. I was afraid and sceptical about the quality of the B&B. But once you get inside the building you feel safe.

Lovely room, clean, and aircon was fabulous. The man who greeted us was warm and welcoming.

Location may have been slightly further away from places we wanted to go, but that was more down to us booking.

Polite and friendly host, responsive to messages. Confortable bed, clean room, no external noise (besides some chair noises from above neighbour - get ear plugs).

Hot water system in bathroom is unreliable (induction heating?) this needs to be improved
