The location was tops bec it is just around the corner of the train station. The staff were excellent esp Angela and Maria. We arrived early morning and Angela gave us exact description on how to access the building and the apartment. The sound proofing was good despite the tight space. It is walking distance to main attractions round Napoli and like any other cities in Italy almost everything is walkable as long as you have comfortable shoes. The room is small but it has almost all the important things that a traveler would need. They were also kind enough to let us leave our bags for a few hours bec our flight was in the afternoon.

It is very tight, but that is to be expected in cities like Napoli. Besides, guests dont stay inside, only when sleeping. The neighborhood is a bit grim but a lot of people on the street so it was fine for us.

The Whats App check-in instructions with videos from Angela was exquisitely detailed and made it easy to find and access the room. The Bari Room was delightfully modern and clean. The shower lighting gives a unique, delightful ambiance and and the radio was an unexpected surprise. The breakfast choices provided were various and the cake was especially delicious. The staff members assisting at the location were helpful and patient.

Checkout time of 10 am was earlier than most places.

It's very clean, comfortable and nice to be in and it is near centar. We had everything we needed. Check in is easy, if they aren't there, they send you video and written instructions. Breakfast is average, but nice and you can take it to your room. It has private garage 200 meters away but we didn't use it because there was no place any more and our car was to big for this garage so we payed for larger garage in the next street. It has sweet balcony but you can't use it during summer because it's to hot and there is 3 external air condition units on it.

Location. But it's not up to them. We have never seen such a dirty and smelly neighborhood. Napoli, in general, is dirtiest city we have ever been and we travel a lot. Also, prepare for traffic kaos. But people says all of this is Napoli's charm.

Everything about the stay was fantastic. The staff went over and above to be helpful. The room was very comfortable and the besd was one of the best I have stayed on. The breakfast was very good and the room very clean. Having access to water at all times was extreemly helpful and the gentleman doing security for the building was very helpful. The video and instructions that Angela sent before check-in were a life saver!! The only negative, and the hotel can do nothing about this, is the area is pretty dirty. Please do not let this distract you from how wonderful the hotel is!! I was worried when I first checked in because of how dirty the street is... but the hotel is where real people live and the street reflects this. After I got to know the area a bit, I was very happy with my choice of location. I moved to a conference hotel after three nights and I miss this hotel. If I could do it again, I would stay here the entire time I am in Naples for work!!

I would have liked access to a blanket without hving to ask. Once I asked I had a blanket that day.

Location was 5 minutes walk to main train station, shopping area and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, spacious, modern with a real homely feel to it. Netflix was included with the stay which was great. The host was lovely, easy access to get keys for apartment, quiet and breakfast buffet was nice too with cheap mini bar and comfy Italian mattress.

I found nothing really that I didn't like. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an 11 story building, lift requires 10 cents to access but other than that, nothing I can fault about the apartment, the host or Naples.

Breakfast was excellent, the room was modern, cosy and well-equipped. There was a plenty of options for breakfast. We loved window shades, which made an absolute dark and silence for peaceful sleep. We used a free-parking a rented car, which was approx. 200 metres from studio.

This location is only few minutes from Train & Metro central station, which is useful, however the surroundings are quite busy, dirty and noisy. Only minor disadvantage of studio was half-open shower, because that means that water was everywhere around.

The location was extremely convenient to the train station which is what I needed. I could easily walk with my luggage. The area is not so clean, but that's Napoli. The rooms were extremely clean and well kept. The breakfast was excellent and way above what one could expect from a modest B&B. And the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I also appreciated that they got the room ready for me much earlier than expected so I could sleep after a long flight. They also sent a video showing how to enter the building and getting access to the reception area which was very helpful. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

I chose the location for it's convenience to the train station. The location is not the most beautiful in the city and it would be nice if the building were a little better kept up. But this is not the responsibility of Napoli Central Station Studio since they don't own the building. The location is within easy walking distance to the main downtown area, shops and markets,so that was also very convenient,

Our room ( Firenze) was a really good size and beautifully designed and equipped. The bed was supremely comfortable. The price was reasonable. The breakfast arrangements were really clever and to a high standard. It is obvious that a lot of care and thought has gone into providing a really exceptional experience. Private parking was provided nearby which was important for us. Although the area around central station is rather rundown it felt safe and vibrant. Access to the historic old town was close by.

We have nothing negative to say.

The staff were lovely, room was great, spacious and clean, breakfast was collected and taken to the table in your room, good selection of fresh pastries and fruit as well as yoghurt, coffee etc. The location was really convenient for the central station and metro which had lots of different lines, and a tour we went on left from across the road.

The area felt a little rough and there weren't many restaurant options, but mostly we got the metro to other places with more options.

The exterior of the property was a little bit disappointing but the room and facilities - including the breakfast- was excellent. Very convenient location in relation to the train station. I would definitely recommend!

The exterior of the location looked a bit run-down but the room more than made up for it! The room was not big but was well equipped and layout was great.
