Pretty much everything. The room was clean and super spacious with plenty of space for luggage plus a table and 2 chairs to sit on. The bed was large and comfortable - we both slept really well. We also had a great view of Vesuvius from our room. The hotel was clean and the staff were really super helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was amazing - all the pastries and cakes are made fresh. The croissants and cakes are delicious and the coffee tasted great. We had dinner and lunch at the restaurant downstairs which was excellent - very good quality food cooked well and presented beautifully. All desserts are made fresh by the chefs. All allergies are listed on the menu which was helpful. We absolutely loved the spa and had a few treatments including a massage and a facial - both I was really pleased with. The rooftop bar and restaurant was really special - we went there on our final night and were not disappointed with the food and cocktails. There's a nice ambience throughout the hotel and it has a beautiful contemporary design. All the staff in every part of the hotel including the restaurant, front reception, the spa and the maids were all really friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome during our stay in Napoli. It was an exceptionally positive experience and I would definitely stay here again.

"We stayed at Gold Tower in Naples, for a couple of nights before our driving tour of the Amalfi Coast, and it was an ideal choice. The hotel is fairly new with a well-executed contemporary design. Our room was impressively clean and spacious. We chose this hotel specifically for our car tour, and its location provided easy access to the main motorways.The nearby parking was secure and convenient. A huge plus was the fantastic little cafe less than a minute's walk away. It serves excellent Illy coffee and fresh pastries, and it opens at 6:00 AM, which was perfect for getting an early start on our drive.

The hotel is located at the far end of the Chinatown area, which has formed around an old port on the outskirts of Naples. For those planning to tour the historic district of Naples, the location may not be ideal. Most of the surrounding buildings are old warehouses, making the area unsuitable for walking or sightseeing. Additionally, the entrance has stairs, which makes it difficult to carry luggage—although the staff will assist if requested.

Room was amazing! One of the best rooms we’ve ever stayed in, and we travel a lot! Reception staff were great, friendly and really helpful.

The restaurant staff weren’t great, not very friendly at all. We had a reservation and then had to wait 10 mins after our time for a table (there was no one else in the restaurant), then we had to wait 30 mins before being given a menu which we had to ask for. Eventually we got food, had to ask a waiter to come over for more drinks, and the waiter treated us differently as we didn’t want the taster menu’s. Spending €100 for 2 mains, 2 desserts, 2 sprites and 2 cokes, I would expect much better service.

A Truly Memorable Stay – Thanks to Mr. Ciro The hotel was great and very comfortable, and I truly enjoyed my stay. However, what made the experience unforgettable was the kindness and support shown by one of the staff members, Mr. Ciro. During our trip, one of my friends badly injured his shoulder and had to be taken to the hospital. Although Mr. Ciro’s shift had already ended, he voluntarily went with my friend to the hospital to help, especially with the language barrier. He didn’t have to do this—it wasn’t his responsibility—but he did it out of pure kindness and compassion. Mr. Ciro was incredibly understanding, supportive, and genuinely caring during a very stressful moment. I can honestly say he is the kindest person I met during my time in Italy. The hotel is very lucky to have someone like him on their team. If Mr. Ciro ever reads this: Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. Your actions made a huge difference, and we will never forget your help. I hope more people in the world can be as kind and selfless as you. We’re truly grateful and hope to meet you again someday.

Well, from the first moment of our arrival everything was more than perfect. The staff is amassing, as we were hungry after long and late flight we used a room service. I’ve never got such a good pizza at 01:00 a.m. Well done, guys. Breakfast was in Italian style, a bit too sweet to our northern taste, but when in Naples…you know the ending. 😊 Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel – it is solid 5 stars experience, although the place has only 4.

Location is strange to be honest, especially if one arrives by car in the middle of the night as we did, but on the other hand it is a sea port area, very industrial and neglected in some places. It is not about what I like or dislike, it is more about one wouldn’t expect to find such a nice place in this area of Naples.

The roof top bar & restaurant was just beautiful with modern stylish variety of seating options plus fab vibe & views from every angle for evening skyline views. A fabulous spot for dinner & bar experiences. The ground floor restaurant for breakfast had great quality breakfast foods in a stylish setting too and the outdoor garden & water fountains where you can enjoy drinks was also another fab area to enjoy. The location is industrial but given that the beautiful modern decor stylish hotel has so much to offer in addition they also provide a daily free shuttle service to & from the city centre so you won’t mind its surroundings. Another bonus for couples preferring less family occupied hotel as I believe it generally attracts company & business people with only 42 very spacious rooms.

An earlier dining option as the rooftop restaurant doesn’t open until 7.30pm ..

We stayed at the deluxe room with the jacuzzi, the view through the windows was nice, huge TV, clean and very spacious room and bath room, perfectly working jacuzzi bath in the room, comfortable bed, great 10€ value for the mini fridge. We were celebrating so we asked before arrival to do something special to the room - and they did! We also didn’t mind the location, because they have drivers who take you to city and back to the hotel.

The restaurant staff were rude

All staff were very friendly and helpful. A lot of choice at breakfast. The trip up Vesuvius is great and starts just a 20min walk from the hotel. In an industrial area but there was no issue with that even at night.

The free shuttle bus was rarely running as the schedule changed twice while we were there for 4 nights and the times weren't practical. A taxi into town was €20 one way and although the train is only €1.50 per person the trains/metro are not that frequent (especially coming back at night) and the 12 minute walk can be a bit of a drag after a days sight seeing. That said if you have lots of energy for walking it isn't a problem.

The hotel was excellent. The view from our room was wonderful to the Vesuv. The receptions are very helpful and kind. Maurizio and Francesca especially. The driver, Mauro was a good driver, gave us free shuttle. The rooftop is perfect, nice view, and very cozy.

The hotel is in Chinese working area. Very dirty area. Other thing the wellness is a bit expensive for 2 hours 35€/peron. The toproof restaurant very nice. The only bad thing is there is no pizza. We didn't like the food in the restaurant.

Stayed here for its convenience to the airport but we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel. We had dinner in the upstairs restaurant- great view , great food, great staff! We used the gym in the morning which was well equipped and my husband even had a great massage in the spa!

The area around the hotel is not very nice but we just stayed overnight for a flight out the next day and we stayed at the hotel only I did notice they have a free shuttle to downtown which would be very convenient
