Cleaning and comfortable

I was left my new hoodie at my room.. once I check out the room I have called them to check with housekeeping team.. but no response from anyone until now.. means they already steal. So careful guys don't left any items at this hotel pls check carefully before left the room.. once u left it's will gone .

Oh my God! Where should I begin?? This boutique hotel is Uh-maziiiiing! Why? Right from the smooth and speedy check-in process, right to the immaculately resplendent rainforest-themed lobby and common areas, to the comfy, plushy mattress and clean bathroom! (Except I found a tiny teenager cockroach, lol. But it's nothing biggie considering how beautiful the hotel room is) If you are Chinese, and/ or Non-Muslim, you hit jackpot too, since there's a rather affordable fine-dining Chinese restaurant right literally next door! Oh! And the washing machine, ironing board and filtered drinking water outside at the corridor - have I mentioned them? They are placed strategically and cute, too! Love the efforts this Boutique Hotel did on the relaxing space right in front of each lobby, on every level. So nice lah!

First off, let me start with how exactly I went there using GrabCar. It was raining (KL rain was heavily horrendeous to begin with, lightning, thunder and all) and it was difficult for the driver to see the sign. Location-wise, it was a negative point for me. Besides, as a Muslim, there are no Halal restaurants to be found around this area. I guess Jalan Loke Yew is not Malay area, that's why. Thankfully, both GrabCar and FoodPanda (for food delivery) can reach out to this hotel quite well BUT,, for those travellers on a shoestring budget, you cn count pn cheap Maggi too which can be purchased at Ground Floor, along with various tidbits and flavoured drinks!

Worth for money.stay in double deluxe Queen room with window. Spacious..male reception very helpful & friendly. interior quiet nice but hard to find restaurant nearby but they sell snacks at the lobby.beside hotel is construction & quiet noisy in the morning

Should upgrade pillow & towels smelly

I love the check in process is always very smooth

Asked the reception counter to give me a room with window and they did but not an opened window

the facility was good, the staff friendly, privacy and the cleanliness was awesome

the location is besides road, so sometimes didnt clearly noticed.
