Breakfast was awesome! Highly recommended. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Very reasonable restaurant outside, although we did not manage to find a seat outdoors. I would come here again.

The family room we selected was split on two floors, with the master bedroom upstairs and the second bed downstairs with the toilet. I am sure this fits well with many families with older children, but we would have preferred having everyone on the same floor with our 6 yo. Also, the bathroom is quite distant from the bedroom, as the bathroom is at the bottom of a long stair. The AC was a bit noisy, but we did not need to keep it open at night despite the fact it was July.

We found the staff very friendly and helpful, very good variety for breakfast hot and cold, good shower and internet. There is a Lidl store close by for little extras needed. Train station close by but not the 7 minute walk the hotel says unless you are a fit younger person, we are seniors and did it in 15 mins but can catch a bus if time it right. Station easy to find and trains every 15-20 mins takes you to the centre of Munich. Would stay here again if in Munich good base to travel from

we did not buy breakfast. at the hotel we bought fried patota for kids and it was pretty delicious. I love their hospitality and welcoming us. the way they speak was nice and i travel a lot and compare with the rest of the world. it was clean and nice. enough space to sleep. we did not specn much time a the hotel other than resting. we stayed with 3 kids and got 2 rooms. love it.

we did not inform to change the rubbish box in bathroom, noone came. it was the only problem i can find.

The perfect layout for a family stay! We never expected that there might be two single rooms connected like loft in Holiday Inn! They are so amazing! We ordered the final night in 2024 and they told us that we could be invited to enjoy the fireworks and celebrate New Year Eve on the balcony! They even prepared champagne for everyone! Our family really enjoyed that night! Thank you very much!

No, maybe only the totally open garage parking also charges for €14. Maybe because of holiday the entrance was always open for everyone…

Location is the biggest advantage of this location plus there is a free parking near by for those who have their vehicle, S Bhan , Supermarkret ,Fuel station , Coffee Shop, Medical Store, everything i 450

We checked in at 12:45 AM as it was a long drive day and the person at the check in made things worst for us, not going to elaborate on this but expect a good receptionist at a HEI hotel at all times. Breakfast and the overall cost is not something i would call value for money as the hotel rooms are gettun =g mdn

Breakfast is formidable! They make omeletes for you next to a very richt selection of english and continental breakfast options. And as often in Germany the personell is very friendly.

Parts of the hotel really need a refurbishment, like the carpets in the hallways. They are old and dirty. Another thing that annoys me is that a growing number of hotels ask you to let them know if you want the rooms to be cleaned. This feels like they are taking care about the environment but in reality it is about cost savings. Why not give customers a next time discount voucher if they chose to skip room cleaning?

Clean, comfortable room. The bed was comfortable and the shower felt great. Morning breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options from which to choose. We also had dinner at the hotel and it was very good. Staff was friendly.

We were going to rent the hotel's bicycles, but even though they were listed as available on their website, evidently they do not offer them anymore.

It covered the "basics". Good and quiet location, perfect if you're not really after frequent visits to the city center. Free parking offered (although a bit of a "process").

Wish the parking location was a bit closer (although not that terrible, about a 7-8min walk). Worst thing was the bathroom fan which was loud and kept going on even after the light switch was off.

Good location outside of Munich with easy access to the city centre via the S Bahn with the train station. The room had lots of space as it was across two floors. There’s access to free coffee throughout the day. Lovely bar and restaurant with friendly staff.

Very good and serviceminded staff in both the reception and restaurant. We arrived early at 9:30 and were lucky to get the room right away instead of waiting until 15:00 a clock. Very nice of them when we were travelling with 2 small children age 1 and 4. Their kids playroom were being renovated, so when that is finish the hotel will be even better. Kids eats for free in the hotel restaurant! Very child friendly! :-)
