Facility was fairly new when we lodged (year 2024). Staff was great. Location is decent. A lot of construction going on around it, so there are a lot of potholes en route the hotel. Great price!

1. Someone's underwear was on the floor of our room in a corner by the window. Housekeeping must have missed that. Also, there was pee in our toilet. Housekeeping must have missed that too. 2. The yogurt I grabbed for breakfast had expired by one day.

Very nice hotel..Blew a tire on the interstate and was able to make it here..Staff was helpful and accommodating..Newer Fairfield design..Nice..

It is not a complaint about this hotel but Marriott business class hotels in General..Stop serving powdered eggs..Use real eggs..Charge a couple of dollars more per room..Let us know you care about our nutrition please:)

Very clean. Room and bed very comfortable. Fantastic breakfast. I loved the waffles, bacon and eggs. Hotel looks new. Had a little trouble finding the road as it is under construction. They should have a sign I would stay there again.

A little hard to find. It’s right off the hwy but the gravel road is being completed.

Super Clean, new, and a back street away from high traffic, felt that parking was super safe, with costly equipment on a business trip, its a plus, get good rest while our equipment does too.

The hotel was at a quiet location. The lobby and dining area were nicely decorated and spacious. The dining area had windows overlooking to a spacious patio with two fire pits and lounge area. It was adjacent to a nice pool. The room was spacious ,clean and had comfortable beds and bedding. The Breakfast buffet had fresh foods including boiled and scrambled eggs, bacon , waffles, oatmeal bar with extra condiments, fresh fruit ect. When I complemented the front desk staff on the breakfast, she told me the owners ( who are locals ) wanted to go beyond what the Marriott corporate office required. The hotel stay was a nice surprise!

Room was a good size as was bathroom. Clean, comfortable (sheets felt very nice), staff was very friendly, decor was very nice, plenty of towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner in the shower was a nice bonus as opposed to the little bottles. Plenty of parking, even for large vehicles with trailers and such. Convenient to town/college(s). Room was also available earlier than my app suggested it would be! My first choice in this area!

Disappointed the pool wasn't open even though it was 90 degrees outside (not until Memorial Day). Also, wanted coffee but the lack of flavored creamers made me go out for coffee.

Clean, convenient , pleasant surroundings, staff friendly

I have stayed here often and usually breakfast very good and well kept. This time breakfast area looked unkept , no coffee was out and food not stocked well on display; may have just been a bad day for staff. In general it is a good experience.

Everything was great at this Fairfield Inn. Staff were very nice, property was very clean throughout, breakfast was especially top notch, beds were comfortable, plenty of parking.

It isn't a knock on the hotel, but for some reason, car GPS took us on a wild goose chase through neighborhoods and a dead end road. Phone GPS finally got us there, but the front desk mentioned that some people said their GPS told them they missed it and to turn around when they hadn't yet arrived. Not sure how you fix that.

The property seemed brand new but is a couple years old. Everything was very clean and well cared for. It smells fresh, but not fragranced. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Tons of parking and easy to park a trailer close to the door.

The location is very convenient to the highway for someone just passing through like I was. But the property is situated by a huge amount of felled trees and a lot of exposed dirt. Their own palm trees look dead and out of place. So the area and landscape are visually pretty depressing. Still a great place to stay.

One guy who sat adjacent to our table turned his politically charged radio loudly for 5 or 10 minutes. He finally turned it off. That was the worst part of the whole stay. Should be a rule against turning on loud angry rhetoric and propaganda.
