Well when I made it there booking.com had run my payment and it was pending I was going to pay when I made it to the property. so I had to use another credit card before they would give me the key to the room and I was upset 😔

Booking.com run my payment before I got there so I had to use another credit card before they would let me have a key and I was upset. For now on I will book my room when I get to where I am going on the property and use my card then.

I was riding motorcycle when I ran into a severe storm about 15 miles before getting to the motel. I was drenched! The desk manager was kind enough to grab me a bath towel to dry off in the lobby.

Not the motels' fault, but the water was brown. Couldn't consume it or shower in it.

Great location and easy to get to everything. The river shuttle is right behind the hotel and several options to eat within walking distance so no worries about drinking and driving after the river. I like that all the rooms face the parking lot so you don't have to worry about your stuff.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s right next to several restaurants and the river.

They Do the best to accommodate us and I appreciate that for my family and I we don’t do much but when we do we like to be comfortable and we have a dog and they make us comfortable I appreciate them thank you

Everything and it's amazing that the super 8 in hot springs is so different in a bad way. This location is very well a great location and friendly staff and Managers.

That I didn't stay longer

The room was clean and secure, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great, all the appliances (A/C, TV, microwave and small fridge) were in good working order, the location and parking were convenient, and the breakfast simple but adequate (in any case, there were multiple restaurants nearby). All things considered, the price was moderate and fair. What clinched a top rating from this satisfied customer was the staff. The husband and wife who attended us were friendly and professional from the time we checked in until we left. They answered our questions, gave us the help we requested, and later, when we thought we had left something behind, they went to our room to look for it and then called back to report they had not found it, but promised to send it to our address if someone turned it in (shortly afterward we found what we thought was missing, and called the motel to let them know). In short, we would stay there again and/or recommend the place to friends.

There was a single fly in the room that may have flown in when we were taking our suitcases and other stuff from our car into the room.

This was a quick one night stopover. Served our needs perfectly. Excellent value for money, delightful staff and eating places on the doorstep. Hot shower, clean towels and hairdryer provided. Left very early so cannot comment on the breakfast

The breakfast was adequate with cereal choices, orange juice, bananas, small muffins and donuts, and yogurt. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I would have liked to have had waffles and toast available. More choices for juice would have been a plus too. The door to the room was hard to open and shut-one door card didn't work and had to go back to fix it.

I loved most every thing about it..

The hours of the pool could have been later on closing, and an ice machine on location .
