Holiday Inn Express has the best breakfast I have experienced in hotels at this price level....by far. A good selection of everything that is generally offered.

Don't ever book your stay anywhere through Booking.com. I received NO senior discount despite the fact that I am 80. According to the desk staff, I should have gone directly through Holiday Inn. And a year ago, the telephone staff at Booking distributed my credit card info to someone who began making charges on it around the country. Fortunately, Chase caught it immediately and cancelled all the charges. I have my bank to thank for that.

Love the pet friendly attitude; location; friendly staff. Breakfast was nice.

This was my second stay within 10 days. The first room was excellent; the second good. Some of the outlets did not seem to work. Age showed more in this second stay. I would have loved to have some usb and usc connectors. Difficult to find ice makers on first floor.

Bed was very comfortable, best breakfast I have had at a hotel in a real long time. Also the room , hallways and the lobby was very clean and smelled nice. Everything looked new .

Only problem we had was the juice machine 's water dispenser tasted like mold maybe needs to have water filter changed or the machines whole system needs cleaned.

We had traveled all day, fighting traffic, unsettling weather and desire to get home. We stopped to eat and saw the place across the street. Looked up on phone and booked a room, Was welcomed in with a smile and quick check-in. The room was wonderful,-- comfy bed, good wi-fi and great shower. Breakfast was awesome , a great way to start the day. Staff were pleasant and professional and thanked us and wished us safe travels,

One employee was very rude. Curt when asked a question. Wish I had his name. Gave wrong info about a restaurant which we knew was wrong. When husband told him, he just repeated what he had already said. Very disrespectful. Acted like we were a bother. All other staff we interacted with were great. Bad apple ruins whole barrel as saying goes.

The hotel was very clean. Comfy beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. It was a great value for the price.

Hot tub had no bubbles. my it was very clean.

I didn't like the pricing. Stayed there during All Star baseball weekend. Prices sky rocketed.

Very good location just off the highway but far enough to not have to listen to traffic all night.

Nothing was wrong. Everything was perfect. The hosts and the staff were amazing.

The pool was awesome, but the breakfast was FANTASTIC!!!! The gentleman working the breakfast area kept it SPOTLESS & everything was delicious!

Breakfast and pool were great. Location was good for access to the lake and town. The shower was amazing. Staff were very nice and friendly.

The bed was so hard we had to go buy a mattress topper to sleep.
