The property met what we were looking for: a lovely pool and garden to relax and cool down in, and the room airconditioned. It had the basics needed to make our stay comfortable: small fridge, microwave, sink, kettle, cutlery and crockery, a lovely braai near the pool, and a lovely shower. We really enjoyed our stay there and would certainly stay there again if in Bloem.

It would have been nice to have had a pool lounger at the pool, and there were a few issues with the solar power during loadshedding that surprised us after 10 months of none, but these were overcome without too much problem.

The guest house is situated in quiet and beautiful are, so serene and relaxing. It was close to the Preller Shopping Centre, which has a ton of restaurants and shops. The garden was beautiful and green even though it was winter. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and a nice kitchenette with crockery and cutlery. The pool and braai area were very clean. This place felt like home, totally worth it.

There is no ventilation in the bathroom. The wall was mouldy, and the shower was outdated. No fresh air coming in. The soap dispenser looked dirty like it hadn't been wiped for months.

The guesthouse was easy to find, the parking very convenient and the host provided lots of information. When I requested ice blocks, this was provided immediately. I reported the problem with the toilet and shower head the next morning and was assured that it would be reported to maintenance.

Unfortunately I did not enjoy either tea or coffee as there was no milk. Real milk rather than Cremora would have been nice, as I don't use powdered creamers. There should have been ice blocks in the small freezer (which could do with a clean).

Liked everthing about the property , it is true to everything shown on the website and even better. The host was very accommodating for the whole weekend and provided us with anything we needed. The family room was excellent and very spacious and accommodating for both hot or cold weather conditions. Above all the pool and , braai and relaxing area were 10/10. Highly recommended

The pool was a great feature, i had a comfortable stay with great facilities 👍 the cleanliness was 10/10. The family room was private and impeccable with everything you need.

This time around the noise levels were high, maybe because the first night I was also in an adjoining room which needs a separate door fitted to curb the noise from the other room. It would be convenient to have an iron in every room.

We liked the flexibility to come and go as we needed with the remote, the place had ample space and great swimming pool for the kids, unit was surface clean and neat.

No bath, one of the air-cons were not working, we found slops under the bed after we were doing last minute checks to leave that weren’t ours which suggest the unit was not deep cleaned before our arrival, slightly larger fridge would of been nice as we had a lot of items we brought with on the long trip. Also seems to be a big ant problem they got into everything left out.

The property was exceptional I will make my bookings again next year the only problem I had was my personal problem not having my own transportation but I will get people to book the venue with me so that I wil have transportation but the venue felt like my own home the electric blanket was just a high five for me. The rooms are large and the beds are super comfortable. The decor is modern and stylish. The fridge is well stocked and everything you would need to eat a meal is available, Microwave, plates etc. Behind the gated property is an absolutely magnificent garden. I can highly recommend Cottonwoord.

I liked the safety and the area, peaceful and staff was friendly and helpful always checking if we are fine. It was really fun 😍🥰

We didn't get breakfast and I did ask but I couldn't get any response on how can we get it. So that thing made us leave earlier because I had to eat.

Great place. Will most certainly be coming back. Aanto is great truly takes care of his guests and super couteous!! Book this place u wont be disappointed. Ohh and the hot water works just fine. Saw previous reviews and was a bit worried but when we got there geyser was working perfectly.
