we had a fantastic time. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the animation was fantastic. the new guy mateo pulled us up for the valentines couples challenge . An extra special thank you to the team who serve the pool bar from the 7th - 17th. and a very special mention to unai. we spoke with this man many times...at dinner and at any time during our stay. he is a very special member of your team. we can not wait to see him in palmanova soon!

Great location, nice hotel, spacious room with large terrace and spectacular ocean view, very close to the beach, cleanliness in whole hotel and helpful staff. I can recomend hotel and location to families, there is pool, aquapark and funpark with a lot of activities. It is quite easy to get by bus to the amazing and popular Amadores beach as well as to Puerto Rico. We rent a car and visit other beautiful places at the island, It is easy to reach them from hotel location (Puerto de Mogan, Maspalomas, Roque Nublo, Santa Lucia.

Food was tasty, but monotonous with smaller selection.

The food was great . The menu changed each day and it was exciting to look forward to what could be on the menu. The pool was fantastic and there was adequate snacks and drinks by the pool. The staff were really helpful and cheerful, very professional. There were shows In the evenings which were a good laugh and another thing to look forward to. There is a park which was not too crowded. There were nearby shops with reasonable prices There was a tennis court and football pitch (additional charge )among many other things to do which was great . We had a problem with our return flight and the staff on duty was particularly helpful with amending our booking. This hotel is one of several in the resort and is built on a hill. What a view ! I would recommend this resort.

No airport shuttle . This resort is a good distance from the airport and you would need to budget a good amount for taxi which needs to be booked in advance. There is a bus service but this is not regular and could be up to 50 minutes . Cockroaches! Due to the location of the resort, I saw a couple of cockroaches and our friends in other rooms had a similar experience . The water in the park was way too salty but I’m told this was water straight from the nearby beach so would be salty . The Air condition in our room wasn’t working . They had a look at it but it wasn’t sorted but luckily it wasn’t too hot and a dip in the pool kept us cool most of the time .

Great hotel for families as it is a resort hotel. Has pretty much everything you need in the resort, though except the three conjoined hotels, there is nothing else around it and you have to get a taxi to the town. But we had a lovely stay, and the rooms are HUGE!

Not much around the hotel (no fault of the hotels so this does not bring the ratings down!) - My only recommendations to the hotel is to make use of the indoor entertainment space in the hotel, put on a show/host a quiz night/even background music if people didn't want to go down to the main stage, or if it rained (like it did one night and entertainment was cancelled) then put something on where you do have the space indoors. Also, the food at lunch and dinner needs more flavour. Not much taste but hey ho, it's pretty normal in most large hotels.

Evening entertainment finished very early. The hotel needs a bit of renovation. Like bathrooms. Sofa bed is very bad it's almost broken. Laundry is in another Bldg. It takes time to do the laundry.

We liked everything because everything was perfect in all ways ! I never was thinking come back to the same hotel but definitely I changed my mind.

Its in very nice place . You have around everything what you can needed and everywhere very nice atmosphere, clean and looks very modern.

It is nice hotel in good location. aquapark, nice garden, private like beach…we enjoyed nice holidays

some customers were smoking on the balconies and the smell was coming into our room. it was annoying :/

The food was good, friendly staff, cleaning every day. Beach is near.

Swimming pool with no heating, water really cold in swimming pool and in every pool at Aquapark area.

The property was in great location, just 5 min walk from the beach. lovely area, beautiful views. Nice, clean.

At the swimming pool area many guests were leaving their towels on the beach beds to secure their spot and then leaving.. and coming back after hours where other guests weren’t able to get a free bed.

We paid for normal beds but got very uncomfortable sofa bed instead of a double bed. The bathroom needs refurbishment. Plastic bands for children are terrible, very uncomfortable. All inclusive is not really all inclusive, small variety of drinks included, you have to pay extra for ice cream, smoothies and drinks.
