Second stay much better than first stay. Room was quiet and peaceful. Comfy bed. Plumber came and fitted a shower head on third day so that improved the shower greatly. Plumber was very friendly and efficient a credit to hotel.

Complimentary breakfast. No yogurts or almond milk and none to replace them on first breakfast. Second day no yogurt, almond milk or normal milk either and nothing to replace. Dried cereal to eat but difficult as very sweet due to being sugar coated. Hit and miss breakfast as once supplies are gone limited choice although if you like egg potatoes and sausages that was well maintained.

Check in and check out quick and easy.got checked in earlier for extra 25 bucks. Paking on site for 28 bucks a night

Everything is extra!!! 25 bucksfor earlier check in. On booking .com said that pet charges may apply and it is 75 per dog non refundable! So misleading ! Paking also said on site but never mentioned that it was extra 28 bucks per night! So you pay for stay ,plus deposit plus extra ,extra and cost of 1 night comes to almost 500!!!! Crazy!

I like that on arrival checking in I was having an issue, but the front desk, supervisor, accommodating me with my needs on my stay.

I didn’t like when I got to my room a piece of the big wood fell on my foot from the nightstand. I took a picture. I showed the young man and the young lady at the front desk. I thought they was going to make an incident report, but they didn’t was having an issue with my hip. And by the poolside and clean properly the same things was there the day after.

Breakfast was ok for the price, location is good but thought it will be close to some amenities but unfortunately it is not, you need to take the car everywhere. Parking garage is a bit small but it's really close to the hotel. Rooms are pretty decent keeping in mind it is a 3 star hotel, so don't expect too much but it's very clean and beds are comfortable. AC was a bit noisy but since it was not too hot at that days, we turn it off and had a really good sleep :)

Pool is advertised but it is not really in good shape. Outside patio is cute but needs updated furniture. Hotel needs some good perfumes/humidifiers to make it smell more fresh. It has a bit of an odd smell but nothing serious.

We loved the breakfast and the size of our room. The room was clean and spacious. It is near the Hard Rock Live where we were attending a concert, so location was very important to us. It has available parking.

We didn't liked the area where it was because it seemed like it wasn't so safe. We ordered Uber Eats around midnight and the lobby's front door was closed so it seemed like it wasn't that safe. Even though, we felt safe at the hotel.

The lobby, the guest rooms, the meeting rooms were beautifully designed & decorated. The beds were very comfortable . The coffee bar in the lobby that was available all day and into the evening was a very nice touch. The little grocery store would be very convenient.

The hallways on the room floors were worn & dingy. The cleaning staff did not vacuum them daily. The carpeting in the guest rooms had spills on the rugs as did the meeting room called Orange Blossom. The food in the bar from 5 to 10 is marginal. The little grocery store kiosk was running low on many items when I arrived on Wednesday evening, and it did not improve by the time I left Sunday afternoon.

Close to Las Olas for bars and restaurants. The staff were great. I was stuck in Fort Lauderdale due to the micro.. update. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me from the reception desk to the breakfast room.

Sadly the bar was closed. I was looking forward to having a drink with other stranded travellers, swapping stories and commiserating. Fortunately there was beer and wine in the lobby, so i had a beer and slept early.

The staff was great. Room was clean and breakfast was awesome!

Our floor (11) had a broken central ac in the hallway so it was very hot and smelly. Walking into the room was like walking into a sauna because the a/c will only run when you’re in the room. So don’t expect to come back to a cool hotel room.. it takes at least 30 min to cool down once you arrive. Also, paying for parking absolutely sucks.

We have chosen this location for the past couple of years as it is convenient to a local tennis club where we participate in an annual tournament in Ft. Lauderdale. So it is perfect for our needs. Our room was very comfortable. I had changed our reservation from a king suite to 2 queens (via booking.com) a few weeks before arrival, unfortunately the information never reached the property location. The hotel provided a rollaway for the first night and got us into a 2 queen suite the next day for the remainder of our stay. The breakfast was very nice. The options varied enough each day to provide fresh choices.

The one suggestion for change would be the restroom facilities located on the 2nd floor where the breakfast is held. The area seems to be a forgotten zone for cleaning & supplies. Obviously it is highly used given its proximity to the dining area, but there were no hand towels in the ladies room for any of the days we were there. Also there seemed to be no one around to dump the breakfast garbage as it piled up every day. This is not the fault of breakfast attendant; it seems to be an oversight for the custodial crew's schedule.

It was clean, nice small pool area, comfortable beds, decent location

The hotel was walking distance to most things but was on the edge. As a female if I was walking alone to Las Olas Blvd I wouldn’t have felt comfortable. Lots of homeless camps in between the hotel and downtown attractions
