Great hotel, great staff, great location, superb breakfast! The only thing that could be improved about the breakfast: add unsweetened yoghurt. Otherwise really nothing to improve. Rooms could be renovated maybe but otherwise it was really superb!

Please invest in better wifi. I kept getting disconnected with all of my devices on the 7th floor, especially in the morning and the evening. Possibly because of very busy wifi environment in the city. This can be solved by investing in better wifi routers like Ubiquiti. When connected the speed was good, but for calls it wasn't so great.

The free breakfast was much better than we expected. We don't usually skip free breakfast because they tend to be at low quality but we ended up going every day. They had different kinds of bread and pastries of good quality. They had ham, cheese, hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, etc. The coffee was strong and hot tea for tea was actually hot (sadly at many hotels, hot water tends to be just warm).

The safe in the room wasn't working, or difficult to use. We had to ask for help twice. The technician came very quickly. The blackout curtains were difficult handle and didn't close completely. We had to improvise to find a way to sloe them using hair clip.

The staff was very friendly amd helpful, the rooms were clean and the bed was really comfortable. The room I stayed was spacious and had a good view of the neighborhood and the river. The location was good, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and a shopping mall. It is a bit far from the old city but it is a safe and beautiful neighborhood and it was easy to go around. The breakfast was OK, too.

I try to stay here whenever I am in Montevideo. The hotel is in a great location close to the shopping mall and bars and restaurants. The room is clean and comfortable with an extremely comfortable bed. It had a great bathroom too. Checkin and check out is always a breeze. Breakfast options are varied and tasty.

The hotel has never been anything other than a great experience.

We enjoyed everything about this moderately-priced hotel. Warm, welcoming, helpful staff. Big windows that opened and sealed out noise well. Quiet street. Our triple-bed room had a quasi-kitchenette in a closet (no stove, but the rest). A welcome drink in the eating area. Good breakfast. Short walks, either to the shore park area, or to busses to other areas. Some eateries and restaurants in the area, in addition to the routine eateries in the large mall down the street.

No complaints.

Exceptional location, just one block from the Punta Carretas Mall, and a stone's throw from a bunch of good restaurants. The view from the 9th floor to the Río de la Plata and the nearby church is very gratifying. The room was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Nothing remarkable, it is a very good place to stay.

arrived 1am and staffs knew am coming, two of them waited for me upon arrival. good location, minutes away from shopping mall and restaurants, a safe area, too. I walked alone in the morning to get credits for sim card. staffs very kind and easy going.

Sat am the restaurant was extremely full, no seas until 10 am. Subsequent days all ok.

The family room is great. They are actually 2 rooms that are next to each other and share a common entrance. Both have microwave, small fridge and kettle. One has even a small living room with a desk and sofa bed.

The breakfast could be until 11 am 😁

Friendly reception personnel. They are always responsive, friendly, helpful. Love the location, close to the shopping center and the rambla. There are great places to eat that are walking distance from the hotel and the breakfast is the best!!

We had an awesome room with a smaller alcove room with a narrow twin bed. It was perfect. Great location close to a market with delicious fruits n veggies n cheeses. The staff were very helpful n friendly n the breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious much more than. European breakfast of patries n croissants. The only issue wS limited parking but fortunately we were able to obtain the last parking spot under the hotel. I would definitely return!
