Wonderful location close to city centre full of restaurants and places to visit. Clean room and we booked the room for 2 days and our room was cleaned and towels changed the next day.

The hotel doesn’t have parking in reality and offers you to park your car anywhere or in the partner garage ( 700 meters away) for 25 euros per night. There is no noise isolation at all and it is very noisy all night. We were travelling with our certified service ( assistance) dog and were charged additional 30 euros per 2 nights. The receptionists didn’t want to hear anything about assistance dog and were indifferent.

Very close to the cathedral and everything at the city center ! Very friendly staff ! Special mention to Leonardo! The Argentinian origin guy ! We spoke a lot about the finals last year and he was very helpful! Yes the hotel doesn’t have stairs but the staff made sure to help me carry my bag ! Overall clean place with necessary facilities for family and solo travelers ! Value for money !!!

We've spent here just one night but enough to get the impression. Hotel Pavone has a very good location, near to everything that you need. It was clean and comfortable. But a real highlight was such a friendly personal. The both receptionists are very polite and were open for all our questions. Thank you for the recommendation for the good restaurant that was still open on national holiday. Thank you for your hospitality and warm welcome. We will certainly come back.

The hotel location, on an ideal walking distance from Milan Cathedral & center. The Staff was extremely friendly and helpful all the way ! We could leave our car in a parking space in the next street. We arrived late and still got some food in the nearby sushi-shops. The room was spacious with separate bathroom and traditional Italian furniture. And when we left a boy on a bicycle drove in front of our car with 'Grazie' (thanks) on the back of his shirt ! Coincidence or finesse ?!

The reception staff were very friendly and would always help us out to take a group photo and where possible to facilitate a late check-out without any extra cost. Although it is a small hotel, it is located in a lovely area of Milan that is in walking distance from the shopping centre and some lovely cafes and restaurants. There was air conditioning in the room, toiletries supplied in the bathroom, we couldn't have asked for anything more.

There is no storage space for luggage if you arrived earlier than the check-in time. However, you are able to leave it in the corner of reception and there will always be someone at the reception desk to look over the stuff.

I did like the location and hotel itself! Also they had washer in wc which is used in Azerbaijan too! As normally there is no washer in toilets in EU! I was super happy seeing it in Pavone🥰Feeling like home )))) also, staff was nice and room was good! It took us 10-15 mins to Duomo!

The combination: Friendly hotel professionals, classic room and nice hotel not too far from center, airconditioning, TV + bathroom + cheap Milano rental bike system to bike the city! I used BikeMi service.

Maybe a bit more electricity sockets but ok. I understand as it is a classical/historical style Hotel.

The location was amazing. The tram is just outside of the hotel. The hotel was clean

They don’t have elevator. So be prepared to carry your own luggage. We carried our own luggage using the stairs since no one will help you there to carry your luggage.

Perfect for a short trip in Milan. The staff were always avaliable at the reception and the room was perfect. The location was amazing, we didn't need public transport to any of the places in Milan that we wanted to visit and was only a short walk from the Duomo!

That's the only problem I had, the hotel does not provide any breakfast or any drinks. Location was perfect for my needs as I had to use the metro daily. Staff very friendly and well spoken in English, also very helpful.

I really cannot find anything wrong, si ce I used the room to sleep and wash. I was on a buisiness trip so I had everthing I needed.
