Front desk man was awesome, I liked that you needed your key too get in the front entrance, the location was good for our destination, decent price for a night's stay.

More attention to cleaning we found feces in a stairwell could of been an accident, my dog found a piece of bone under the bed the carpets need a good cleaning maybe get Stanley steemer out there, the property could be cleaner maybe a lot sweep.

This place was very clean. The room was newly renovated. No carpet in the room makes things much easier to stay clean. The room was very comfortable and had a large refrigerator and all facilities. There was a garbage room so the garbage was out of view and not overflowing all over the place. Garbage was also removed very promptly. Staff were very nice and friendly. Felt very safe and quiet location. Overall Excellent.

Maybe more variety with breakfast bars. A breakfast room with tables, chairs and a TV would be nice.

I believe some people either live there or have to stay for an extended amount of time, they're not loud and they keep their distance.

I left for a few hours to visit family and came back to a lot of police cars and ambulance and someone screaming in agony on the staircase.

Tommy and Matt truly managed this hotel with the customer in mind, outstanding customer service and communication. The property improvements are very noticeable to us the customer. Marvin the maintenance manager was very professional and efficient with handling our situation and care of the hotel.

One small thing missing mints at the front deck.

The room was clean and quiet. All the furnishings were seemingly newer. It was very comfortable.

I wish there had been some kind of dining table. The desk worked for one person, but there was plenty of space for a small table and a couple chairs.

U did not have my room even tho I had a reservation weeks earlier. It was stressful, but u did make it right. Thank you

The room was very clean and affordable. There was a stove, refrigerator, and microwave.

There were no vending machines or ice machines. The area was pretty isolated.

The facility was clean and you could smell the freshness. Very clean.

The only down was no hot breakfast and the grab and go was only in the morning.

The staff was soo helpful & nice!
