I really love the location it's really near the Kokura station and it's not hard too find. You can walk to the department store around that area and also have supermarket. I think it's very convenient. The rooms may be a bit on the small side but because I was staying alone, there was no problem. Safety, cleanliness, and various amenities. There's more than I can use up. If I have a chance to come back to Kokura again. I will definitely come to use the service again.

Just the room is quite small.

Location was excellent. There are parking lots and convenience stores nearby. The check-in process was quick. The hotel toiletries were good. There was a desk in the room.

We stayed in a non-smoking floor but the floor smelled like cigarette smoke. The rooms also smelled like smoke. It was a good thing we only stayed for one night.

The check in was good. Our flights got delayed by one day and I sent message to change the check in date... immediate response and smooth check in and out.

In the morning the cleaning ladies are a bit noisy... and they didn't clear the rubbish outside the bin. Meaning the only clear what's in the bin. And trash bag left next to the bin was not cleared... And the pillows need a change. So hard on the neck. Very uncomfortable.

Unfortunately hotel was doing some renovation work so it was noisy in the morning. But should be better once they are done.

The location The facility like laundry and late check out with minimal charges. Walking distance to access the station.

The hotel was nice and close to the station but quiet . I loved the little old world shopping streets . The river is exceptional to walk by and enjoy at night when the lights sparkle and the fish are jumping. The castle is so beautiful at night . Gorgeous town .

Hotel near Kokura station. Interior clean and new.

The toilet sink tap is not convenient to use. You either hold the control or use max flow which is too strong.

The breakfast was excellent in great variety, The staff worked very efficiently, without any difficulty.

Everything was excellent. The friendliness from the checkin crew to the small but compact and efficient room to the location aka only 5min to Hakata station where you can shop and eat till you drop and all that at a very reasonable price. I love Japan

My experience at this hotel was incredibly comforting. The proximity to JR Kokura added to the convenience of my stay.
