A wonderful 4 nights stay at Fuuka Vila , the property was lovely with lots of nice plants outside and the pool area was fantastic. The rooms very very spacious with coMfortable beds. Each room had it own outside patio are with table and chairs which was great. A short walking distance to pantai Cenang and lots of restaurants close by. The owner was extremely helpful and very friendly, lovely to have a chat with!

The tv unfortunately was not working due to the heavy rainfall. We weren’t there to watch tv so it wasn’t much of an issue

Great accommodation, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely for a refreshing dip and a great spot to sit and relax. All the staff were all very kind and friendly. There is plenty of parking on site for motorbikes or cars. The villas didn’t have an onsite restaurant but there is a breakfast place right next door (not sure if it’s the same owners as the villa) but this was closed during our stay which may have been due to Chinese New Year (we didn’t actually ask). This wasn’t a problem though as there is a large choice of restaurants all within a short walking distance, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Spacious and well equipped room, right in front of the pool. Good internet (I worked from there). The garden and pool and super nice, very quiet and few people, found it super relaxing, a little paradise! The owner was super kind and gave me some good tips on transportation and activities. Location is good, not on the main street but still close enough to some restaurants (5 min); 15 min walk to Main Street. 7 min from the beach (Pantai Tengah) Would stay again for sure

There was no proper desk (but the dressing table was good enough for me to work from). A part of the street that connects with the property is a bit dark at night (but this seems to be is normal in many places in Asia, and is not on them), but super safe!

Our family of 4 stayed in a 2 bedroom villa for one week and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Fuuka Villa. It felt like home. Comfy beds and couches, great shower, relaxing pool and equipped kitchen. Villa is nestled in quiet backstreet easy walking distance to a range of restaurants and day spas in Pantai Tengah as well as the main strip of Pantai Cenang. Easy parking for our hire car. The small complex of villas is secure, private, very clean and well maintained. Inside the villa itself as well as the pool and gardens were immaculate. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

No laundry on site but there are cheap laundromats close by where you can self service or get full service very cheaply.

The vibe of this place is the best. There is a serenity that makes it seem separate from its surrounding area. Hard to explain... The pool is sensational with loungers, tables and shade umbrellas making it the perfect outdoor space to unwind in the heat and humidity. The location is perfect: it's out of the hustle of the main tourist area which we all found unpleasant, and in an area with some great restaurants within 5 minutes' walk. The owner is a spiritual man who radiates peace and joy. We happily engaged with him in lengthy conversation a couple of times. In short, we didn't want to leave.

Spacious modern rooms, and a lovely pool area. All very clean. Good shower. Large comfortable bed. Located 5 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants, but far away enough to be tranquil. Very helpful owner/manager and friendly staff. You can hire a good scooter at a good price directly from the hotel - we would advise this, since the island is the perfect size to explore by scooter. Grab is also plentiful and easy. Several good beaches nearby and also in the north of the island. The island's central mountain is good for wildlife (hornbills and leaf monkeys).

Everything was great and we had a relaxing stay. Perhaps a blind or curtains on the rear window of the room would have helped for a lie-in, but it didn't bother us.

The manager was very accommodating of my changes to my arrival time and prompt in replying to my messages when I missed my connecting flight and arrived a day late. The bed was very comfortable and everything worked as it should, including the A/C. Any issues I had were resolved without any fuss. The setting around the pool is very nice. My room door was only metres from the pool, and there are chairs outside each room and super comfortable sunlounges around the pool. The pool was very clean and I used it many times despite not being a pool user normally. I rented one of the scooters from the villa, it was reasonably priced and almost new. The process was very low friction and the scooter was a great way to get around and see the island. Even the helmet was good! The beach is about a five minute walk, and there are 4 restaurants within 100m. There is also a decent sized minimart about 400m away (Gecko Mini Mart) which sells everything you would expect and more. The manager speaks good English and was able to answer all my questions and guide me in what to do and how to get there. The other staff were very friendly and attentative and they keep the pool and the grounds in great shape.

Nothing really, it was all good. Be aware they don't serve breakfast, so you can either go to the cafe 100m away or just get some supplies from a minimart and store them in the fridge.

Lovely and clean villa. Friendly and helpful manager and staff. Bottled water in villa and we can easily fill our flasks with filtered water from machine located near reception. Many restaurants and cafes within a short working distance. Short walking distance to a nice beach.

The whole bathroom gets wet when we use the shower and toilet folding door noisy to open and close. Although we did not cook, there was only a frypan and a saucepan without a lid to discourage people cooking. Although not that dirty, the sofa cover could benefit with a clean if it is possible.

Perfect location. It’s a bit away from the center which makes it quite and cosy. At the same time the nearest beach is just 5 minutes walk from the villa and all the needed spots like shops, restaurants, spa are quite nearby. Perfect and helpful staff. I had a late flight and manager allowed me to stay in the apartment a bit longer for a reasonable price. There’re 6 villas on the territory but everyone has its own space and you have a feeling of solitude. Wonderful clean and green territory with a clean pool. If I visit Langkawi once again, I’d definitely choose Fuuka Villa again

Shower didn’t work properly but it was not a big deal

Loved the location, easy to find and within easy reach of restaurants. The host was very welcoming and made us feel at home. He spoke about the property and was knowledgeable in the local area. The property was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was well maintained and clean, you can request the room to be cleaned when suits. The pool area was very clean, and was a good size for us. If we were to return to Langkawi, we would definitely choose this property to stay in.
