The lady at the front desk on Friday at 230pm was the worst person to deal with. I knew check in was at 3pm I asked if I could just check in not to even put my stuff in the room just to check in since I had to be at the dance competition at 3pm and wouldn't be back u til 1030pm. She refused , and another work said yes, it would just be a $45 extra charge, and the same lady said no, you can't do that. I found out when I came back at 1030pm. The lady who checked me in apologize and said she definitely could have checked you in. I have multiple dances in competition in the area and always stay at this hotel. This is the 1st time the front desk was extremely rude.

The staff were helpful & friendly. The shower was hot. Breakfast was really good. Location was excellent for my needs. The property felt safe and there was always someone on the front desk if you required help. The snack shop in the entrance was great for picking up bottled water before heading out in the mornings. Easy check in and check out

The room was quite musty. Could do with a make over plus I couldn’t open the window. Air con was incredibly cold even on low temperature so I switched it off. The evening meal (pizza) from the restaurant really wasn’t great tbh

I loved how it was so close to stores and my brother's house, it was close to the highway to get into Pittsburgh City. It was not difficult to find enter or exit if we had to go anywhere the location was perfect the staff was amazing anything we needed they made sure we had. The pool was clean. I do wish that the showers had better pressure but they did the job. And I also wish that housekeeping would have came and dropped off more towels so we didn't have to go down to the desk to get them to shower. But otherwise we had an absolutely wonderful trip and a wonderful stay.

Housekeeping never came by the room to drop off towels. Other than that everything was perfect.

The front desk and restaurant staff, the comfortable beds and pillows, the restaurant itself and the food at dinner and breakfast were really great! The Reuben sandwich was especially delicious after driving 5 hours to Pitt!

I know they are remodeling and I think it will be great after they have upgraded. The room was nice and the staff was friendly. Pool was a fun dip but needs updating but we had fun there.

I stayed here for about 3 weeks after my home sold in just 3 days. I was waiting to move in to my apartment. I tried staying at 2 other hotels at first and actually paid more money per night and Got way less for my money that I did at the comfort inn. I can truly say that the staff They're definitely goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need regardless of the amount of time you will be spending there. The other benefit was the morning breakfast a real breakfand I'm talking scrambled eggs sausage waffles bagels donuts the list goes on. Just not a granola bar and a warm box of orange juice like most other hotels . The rooms were clean the beds were comfortable Satellite TV indoor swimming pool. I honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else if I had a whether it's one star hotel or a 5 star hotel the difference is the staff that works there and that's why I would definitely give this hotel a 5 star rating.

Great location has a restaurant inside with a bar. bartender was amazing front desk staff was great.

I bought a twin bedroom and a king bedroom. But when I got to the King bedroom, it had black mold in it so had to downgrade to a twin bedroom. and the breakfast is bed. Need to switch it up on certain days.

The staff was very helpful they definitely went out of their way to get you something if you needed something or forgot something at home the rooms are very clean the bed it was very comfortable along with the sheets and the pillow case should be in very clean I stayed here multiple days in a row and it had no problems at all. And the breakfast was really good egg sausage you can make your own waffles and they also had a bunch of other things for the price I would definitely suggest staying here. The swimming pool also was very clean The only downside was the hot tub was down for Is maintenance.

Honestly for the price in the location you really couldn't have gotten much better I really don't have any suggestions as far as that does

Love the price! Excellent price when you don't want to spend 100s for a room. We loved the breakfast. Big selection, tastes good, and it's FREE. Plus, the lady working there is so sweet. Also, it's a great location. Close to city and monroeville.

The motel could use some updates and our room had some food on the floor like they forgot to sweep over by the one bed.

Helpful staff, excellent variety and quality of complimentary breakfast items. The pool area was outstanding! We were pleasantly surprised that the pool was heated and such a large size and located inside a very large glass enclosure area.

The fact that no one at front desk told us that the hot tub was out of commission. I was really looking forward to sitting in it to relax, from all the overnight shifts I am doing during this holiday season at work. It was very disappointing.
