The Marriott Hotel is absolutely excellent; the staff’s behavior is extremely pleasant and professional. The location is also fantastic. The staff are particularly well-mannered and courteous, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests. In contrast, while the Hôtel de Paris is an expensive and prestigious hotel, the staff’s behavior does not match its high standards. Their attitude tends to be less welcoming and lacks the warmth and professionalism seen at the Marriott.

Reception team were super super helpful. They went to great lengths to explain the impact of the Tour de France with the road closures. The advice given was invaluable for me as I had to reach the airport at a critical time when transport was compromised. Thank you. Room view of harbour is stunning.

Despite the swimming pool having clear signage, there were children playing with balls, water guns and diving in for a lengthy period. It also we understand should shut at 8pm but it was occupied much later.

Very comfortable hotel with wonderful views over the harbour. Staff were very helpful, particularly shuttle bus driver who pointed out sights of interest in Monaco.

No wheelchair access from car park to hotel which was difficult. Also, the restaurant staff were very slow on both evenings.

The location is perfect, right next to Monaco. The view of the harbour is beautiful. There is parking at the hotel. There is also a little beach 5 min on foot, with water sports, great for families.

We had a problem with the room cleaning, but it was solved after complaining.

The hotel room is quite spacious, and the bathroom is not so tight. And provide shuttle bus.

The building itself is pretty old—-30 years old. So it has some old smells. And you cannot go to the room through the elevator directly.

The staff were incredibly helpful both in assisting us in getting to the Monaco Yachat Club and also when we left and the battery of the car had failed as I left the lights on over night. The lady on reception immediately called the mechanic and he came immediately with a charger and was successful in restarting the engine.

Maybe a little more cold water.

It was a well layed out hotel that had everything needed

The restaurant had a limited menu when we were there, didn’t understand Gluten free (they assumed it was also vegetarian…!) and had staff that always seemed a bit overwhelmed to the point of being rude

The bed was very comfortable, room suited our visit to see our son, who lives there, we didnt have breakfast, except first morning.

The breakfast was far too expensive for that time of year, and disappointing coffee so we didnt bother after first morning £25, too much

Hotel location. Service was good but teceptions very nice and professional.

Service in the morning during breakfast generally was ok but very sometimes missing cups, or spoons and they were delivered after only when you ask

No air con working. The room was at 27 degrees. when i contacted the reception i was told that the hotel does not have air con but there was signs in the room tell you how to operate it. When i said this to reception i was told to open the patio doors.
