Good quality breakfast and really good location, with restaurants, a Billa supermarket and other shops close by. The bus station was also right across the hotel and it took around 17 minutes to get to the city center. But above all, the reception staff service was outstanding, they were always so polite and happy to help us out with our requests!

The room cleaning was not done right for the second day of our stay, but after informing the reception staff about this problem, it was solved the following day.

The room was very clean and well-appointed. It proved to be the most comfortable in our Austria excursion. The staff was friendly and helpful making the check-in process easy. If staying in a clean and well functioning room is what is sought than this is a very good bet. Nearby to the hotel there is a large Billa grocery store that may cover snack needs or even complete meals.

The room needs better ventilation besides opening the window. The location on the outskirts of the city can be cumbersome though the bus line is close nearby and transportation into town easily achieved.

From the very start, the staff felt present - not just polite, but genuinely invested in making sure we were okay. And then came the small gestures that always mean the most - a tote bag gifted at check-in with a couple of little things for Barry (my dog) as the important guest he is! That, to me, says more about a place than any five-star lobby or over-the-top design! When your dog gets a welcome gift, you just remember! The room? Spacious, cozy. Breakfast was varied, fresh and calm. The team there treated everyone with the same kindness as the front desk. Free parking at the hotel, just ease!

I came in for one night as a stop over on my way to somewhere else. The staff were really friendly and accommodating despite the time we showed up at (which was almost passed midnight). The were really helpful with recommending public transport. The beds were super comfortable and the showers were fantastic. The accommodation had everything I needed.

I honestly don't have any complaints as the accommodation met all of my requirements. The only thing that I didn't like is how out of the way it was to get there. After a certain time you can not use public transport to get there and you will have to uber from the train station.

The views of the mountains behind were wonderful especially at sunrise and sunset. The room was basic but spacious and was clean.

The location was too far out of the main parts that we wanted to explore and although the bus was direct to those places, it wasn’t clear how to catch it back and needed a bit of Sherlock Holmes sleuthing to work it out. The hotel needs to provide better instructions on arrival about the transport. It is free which is a huge bonus but the taxi cost £25 to get us from the train station and another £16 to get us back there on departure as the buses did not run as early as we needed to leave. You need to consider these additional costs if staying here as it was already an expensive hotel considering the location.

I traveled with my husband and we stayed here for one night on our road trip. ROOM: Our room was comfortable enough, with enough space for our luggage and other things. The air conditioning worked perfectly. BED: The bed and pillows were comfortable for us. BREAKFAST: There was a decent choice of cold cuts. I liked the scrambled eggs and the choice of vegetables. The Rauch juices were good. SURROUNDINGS: The location of the hotel was very convenient for us since we were traveling through Salzburg. We appreciated the free parking in front of the hotel. There is also a bowling alley in the neighbourhood (unfortunately, it was closed when we were there because of the bank holiday), and Billa supermarket. COMMUNICATION: The receptionists were helpful and friendly. The wi-fi was also good.

Everything was okay.

The hotel was 15 minutes away from the city centre where most of the attractions are located. There is a bus stop 5mins away (by walk) from the hotel. Buses run every 15mins. If you arrive by car, the hotel is conveniently located on an exit to the highway. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and as shown in the pictures. There is free parking in front of the hotel (it’s not on the street). There is a supermarket 2mins away where you can help yourself with a warm coffee, fresh croissants, bottled water, and anything else that you may need (note that most shops, including supermarkets, are closed on Sunday; there is just one ‘Spar’ supermarket inside the main train station that’s open even on Sunday and is 15mins bus/car ride from the hotel). You can also order from near-by restaurants through online food delivery apps. Overall, a pleasant experience at a reasonable price.

The staff were lovely and we enjoyed the breakfast, which had nice bread and a good, small selection. The room was comfortable and clean, the wifi was good, and the room was quiet. There is a bus stop that takes you to the centre right outside the hotel. Decent value as it doesn't take too long to get to the centre. We could see the mountains out the side of our window.

The shower would change temperature and go cold sometimes. The location doesn't have much around. The room is pretty basic and our tea packets didn't get refilled. The TV is a bit old and just has channels, nothing fancy.

2 very helpful welcoming staff. The lady was patient with us explains the hop on & off bus system & gave us a guest pass for the length of our stay (fantastic)

We feel the parking situation needs better explanation. The hotel states free parking and the photos show all the parking at the front of the hotel. This is deceiving as there is limited parking at the hotel itself (about 8-10 spaces) which cannot be reserved. The remaining hotel parking is on top of the supermarket??
