Nice clean rooms. Very quiet. Close to the Santa Cruz Warf. Close to restaurants & amenities. Nice hotel staff. Stayed 2 days. Good experience & value. No complaints. Also has outside designated smoking area for smokers with a table,chairs & ashtray. Far enough away from the rooms for non smokers. Yet convenient enough for smokers. (This was mportant to us as smokers?

Breakfast was great, not continental. It included eggs and sausage, various options for the kids. Of course waffles in the waffle maker won over the kids. Oatmeal, cereal bananas. Plenty of options and coffee was surprisingly delicious.

Our bed was caved in the first night, however, once I brought it to their attention they immediately took care of it and moved us to a different room.

Free breakfast and close to the boardwalk.

The staff told me I could not park next to my room door since my car was too long however When I got from the boardwalk, there was a van park in that area! My SUV length was same as the Toyota van! I had told the staff several times that I would feel safer if I had my car park right next to my door since I have 2 children with me and I’m traveling alone. The gentleman who had called me to confirm my checkin advised me I can park next to my room. When I arrived, the lady in front advised me I cannot park there and suggested me to move to park near the pool area.

I love the distance of this place, about a 7 min walk to the boardwalk/beach. The staff was friendly and I was able to check in early which was a big help!

Parking is limited, but I arrived early so I got a good spot. Was a bit noisy, you can easily hear others outside.

If you're here for the beach and boardwalk, you can't beat this location. 5 min walk to the beach. We were granted early check in which I appreciated very much. We were greeted by a lovely lady at the front desk who upgraded us to a queen suite. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The pool is small but my kids enjoyed a nice dip after a trip to the beach. Breakfast is complimentary and had numerous options. We enjoyed our quick stay very much.

I can't think of anything I would have changed.

Very close to the boardwalk, a few minutes walk

Room was very small. With four people in our group, we were very crowded. I got this room because it had pool at the property, but the pictures are very deceptive, the pool only goes up to 5 feet and is very small, it’s more of a kids pool. Also the ice machine was broken.

Very close to the boardwalk. Within walking distance. Just a few minutes. Friendly staff. Rooms were good. Not overly priced for a room.Kids enjoyed their free breakfast before checkout. Just a very convenient place to stay when going to the boardwalk with the kids!

Parking is not the greatest. Very confined.

Great location, a short walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Great breakfast including waffles, yogurt, coffee. Safe surrounding area for walking. Clean facilities, polite staff. Pool on site. Would be happy to stay there again.

The pool was small; don't plan on swimming laps. Outside the hotel's control was a sidewalk en route to the beach under construction that pushed pedestrians into traffic. Parking spots are small.

Superb location, only a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Parking was available right by our room despite being incredibly busy 4th July. Staff were very friendly and there was a nice selection of snacks for breakfast - something for everyone.

The parking situation was HORRIBLE. Parking is extremely limited and the spaces they do have are very narrow. My family and I could barely get out of our car after we parked. They offer parking to non hotel guest for $50 which i found odd considering there was no vacancy at the hotel and limited parking.
