The offer of two bedroom suites with pull out sofas

1.Should have a greater supply of handicapped accessible rooms on all floors 2.Had to request bedding for pull out sofa 3. Pull out sofa is old and broken down and needs to be replaced and upgraded. The sofa foundation and mattress sinks like a bowl making it impossible to be comfortable for any child or adult. 4. Floor in front of elevator on 3rd floor seems very unstable and needs to be shored up 5. Breakfast should be extended to 10am

It was a buffet breakfast that changed every day. Nice choice from scrambled eggs to cereal to bagels etc. Good coffee. Plenty of room to sit down. Plus, the room has a dining and a living room area closed off from the bedroom. If you are there for several days, this is so important.

This is pretty much a comment on all hotels. The heating can be too noisy. You do get used to it.

Location, size of room and staff were great.

The hallways are very, very stark and dark. Not inviting at all however, very clean. Elevators are located on a far end of the building. Can be a problem for some guests, if you’re unfit to take the stairs and your room is on the opposite end of the elevators….and you have to walk down the long and very dark hallway.

We loved the location and the staff. They were prompt in addressing our needs. Though we arrived early for check-in and rooms were not ready yet, staff was friendly and helped us with our belongings until our rooms were ready.

The bathrooms were a bit dated. The air conditioner required maintenance but they responded quickly and the problem was resolved shortly after.

Breakfast was very good. Staff is professional and kind. Pool was warm and clean.

Convertible sofa bed is not comfortable for sleeping, if you think you can use it for sleeping you are wrong.

The suite option with separate bathrooms. Exactly what we needed when traveling with elderly parents. In addition, the continental breakfast was very convenient.

The carpets in the rooms can be more clean. Also, allow at least 1 hour for late check out. We had to rush my elderly parents out of the room to meet the checkout time. Also, I would suggest more fruit options on the menu for breakfast.

Good location, big rooms, average breakfast

It should have garbage disposables along with the ashtrays already there, by all entrances so people like me don't have to walk all over the property to find the garbage containers.

It was comfortable for all of us, we’re big fans of the Residence Inn

There were no luggage stands in the rooms, they are useful

I liked the whole experience!!! My son and wife loved the pool and whirlpool!!! Plus the room was awesome very clean and Daisy checked me in and was so nice seeing it was 12:30am !! Plus it was 5 minutes from the convention center we went to

I loved it all !! Especially the breakfast and the folks responsible for It and letting us know we had 5 minutes if we wanted anything else !!!! You all are awesome

it was clean and the front desk lady Brianna was very professional and nice. I would stay here again.

I didn’t like how rude the security guards was and also how early the pool closed.
