The location is in the old town and really close to the main attractions like the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Aran Temples and the river piers. The hotel was in a quiet area but there were great restaurants and street food nearby. Check out the only Michelin starred street food place a couple of streets away. Lots of the street food vendors are Michelin recommended. The night market of Khao San Road is well within walking distance. The team were friendly and very helpful and stored our luggage so as we could enjoy our last day. They helped to get taxis and tuktuks whenever we needed. We found the taxis to be a lot cheaper than the tuktuks, especially for longer trips to the big markets and China Town. The breakfast was excellent, with a different wide choice of cooked food each morning, along with fresh fruit and continental style breads. A great place to stay and reasonably priced into the bargain.

The fitness suite was a little cramped and in full view of the lobby. The roof top facilities were a nice place to relax, but lacked shade if used during the day. When we stayed the pavements were being upgraded. When this work is complete it will enhance the area. None of this impacted our enjoyment during our stay and we would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located close to all the main attractions, which is one of the reasons why we choose it in the first place. You also have many restaurants around. The staff has been extremely kind and helpful throughout our visit. They also allowed us to have our breakfast before the starting time and kept our luggage for a few days after the checkout. The room was big and had everything you needed for your stay.

The room unfortunately wasn't clean properly despite the cleaners coming every day. Especially the floor was very dusty and with hair. We only stayed 3 nights, so we didn't complain too much cause at least the bed and the bathroom were clean but definitely need a big improvement. The breakfast was okay. There are not many options across the sweet side but still better than others we had.

We booked this hotel primarly because of its location - walking distance to all main spots, temples, river, and also to Khaosan road, I think this is best area to stay when visiting BKK (we are not fans of siam area, skyscrapers and modern buildings). Staff is polite and welcoming, especially one receptionist (sorry I can't remember his name but he was the most welcoming receptionist during our Thailand trip). You can also leave luggage with them without any problem.

Breakfast is poor, but we did not expect much. If you are a breakfast person, rather eat somewhere else.

The hotel is in a good position to reach the main touristic area. The room was clean and with all comforts. The breakfast was good with the possibility to choose between sweet and salty one.

The staff treated us great. The breakfast was quite good, and the cooking staff was very accommodating. On our first day, it seemed that we were the only clients; regardless, they had the whole buffet set up for us. The second day we were pleased to see many families of other clients enjoying the good food, too. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with things like tour and ATM and morning market information, and in getting us a Grab taxi.

I went to the 5th floor roof patio to see the city, but the privacy hedge there was ~7-feet tall, so it was not possible to see very much, even from the stable platform or the swinging platform. Maybe the hedge could be trimmed shorter, or to have porthole "windows".

Hotel is located in a walking distance from the Grand Palace and the most crazy area Khao San Road. Is not far from Golden Mountain Temple. We were able to walk from there to many attractions which in rush hours are difficult to drive. Hotel have a lovely relaxing area on the roof top. Staff very kind and helpful. Rooms have fridge, safe and all necessary appliances. Mini bar cost is ok if in the middle of the night you need some cold Chang or soft drink. What we’ve discovered in that area are the most delicious sticky’s mango rice, what we know from Rambuttri Mr. Thai office. This is the very good place for exploring old town and river bank. Good HQ for Bangkok adventure.

For some of first timers in Bangkok or Asia surrounding area may create impressions of not exactly touristic, but it is safe and live location.

The hotel has a great location, close to Khaosan Road, the Grand Palace, the Emerald Buddha and in a nice neighbourhoood. There is a 7/11 across the street and several good restaurants nearby. You can go to the rooftop to have an amazing view. All in all, it is a good hotel if you want to stay for a few days.

My biggest issues were with the breakfast: It just was not that good and on top of that there were ants in the sugar. The cutlery was not properly cleaned. The water in the shower was too hot ( you could not change the temperature no matter what you did) and the AC just did its own thing all the time (even though I changed the temperature, it was constantly either too hot or too cold). Those were just a few things that made the stay more annoying than necessary.

Location was actually great for taking in multiple temples, shopping, places to eat, essentially a lot of things were within walking distance. Staff was helpful, and the breakfast had a lot of options.

Neighborhood was a little sketchy, but we didn't have any issues. View outside was into an alley. Sink faucet leaked and got toiletries wet, but addressed it with the staff, who were getting it repaired.

We could get to the temples by foot. Very Nice and helpful front office staff.

The giant cockroach in the bathroom. The neighbourhood. We took a bus from the airport that would have had to drop us near the hotel, but the driver droped us a few streets away (at 10PM) and we had to take a taxi that asked for 5 times more money. Asian Breakfast, not for europeans, without cold meats and cheese.

The hotel staff was super friendly and very helpful! The location is great, you can walk to Khaosan Road, but the hotel itself is in a rather quiet area, so you don't have any noise at night. Room was clean and had everything you need. There is also a nice rooftop terrace, but we missed the chance to use it!

The only thing I can mention is that the AC was quite loud, so we turned it off at night, but then the room was a bit too hot, as we stayed on a higher floor. The hotel rooms are a bit smaller than regular rooms, but totally fine.
