Lovely place, very spacious all around. The pool is great, with plenty of room around it, comfortable lounge chairs, and a relaxing atmosphere. The apartments are large, well-equipped, and perfect even for longer stays. The balcony is a nice touch, and having a reserved parking spot right in front is super convenient.

Surely overpriced, but that’s common during high season in Broome. Wi-Fi connection is terrible — this really needs to be fixed in 2025. Breakfast is okay, but food and drinks could use more effort, very, very basic overall.

The resort was very quiet, well maintained, lovely gardens and lawns around the pool areas with barbecues. The pools were lovely. The ambience at the restaurant at night time was lovely with the lighting. We asked for an upstairs apartment overlooking the pool and it was fabulous. The bus stop into town was across the road & very convenient. It was only a few minutes walk to Spinifex Brewery, cafes for lunch and a 10 minute walk to Cable Beach front. Perfect.

The pool had no heating and it was ice cold. It looked so inviting but too cold to swim. The first few days the breakfast was good but the girl who was in charge went back to Oaks Hunter Valley as she was just filling in, and from then on they kept running out of food and seemed very disorganised.

Everything really - the big, comfortable, well equipped apartment, the staff, the pools, the closeness to Cable Beach, eating/drinking close by ( we went to the Spinifex brewery twice, and to the Zookeepers coffee shop twice - both highly recommended). We had a car, so trips into Broome town were also easy for us, but there is a bus stop outside the hotel, with regular services

We didn't try the restaurant in the hotel, but we almost never saw guests there 🫤

I loved that my studio room had its own pool area and bbq. Parking was close to the room. The pool has a deep end which is great for jumping in! The rooms are always clean and comfortable with plenty of space. During the wet season this is the best value for money in Cable Beach and is nice and quiet. Because it is very popular in the dry season and prices go up means this is a hidden gem to stay at during the wet.

The pools close after sun down and the pool cards don't work. I think if you are quiet and respectful of the time it should be ok to go for a quick dip and the responsibility lies on the person using the facilities.

All was beautiful except see below ....

Everything was great except the two television receivers in the rooms. Each proved exceptionally difficult to operate. In fact the one in the bedroom we gave up on completely. The lounge one we persevered with, but found in the evenings we couldn't change from one channel to another, even though we thought we solved the problem in the morning.

The staff very helpful

Had booked a 3 bedroom villa however on arrival was told they had been sold and we now had an interconnecting 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom unit. It didn’t have the room or seating for a communal area of 6 people which is why we booked the 3 bedroom villa. It would have been good pr to at least notify us of the change!

Great pools. We had lovely weather. Plenty of deck chairs to lay by the pool. Great breakfast every morning. Dinners were delicious had a scotch fillet steak well done. We had dinner there every night as we had no car. You can have takeaway to your room which we did on the last night of my stay. It was good that the bus tours picked you up from reception and delivered you back. We did Broome bus tour, Willies Pearl Farm +Lunch, Dolphin & Whales Boat Tour. We had a very relaxing 4 nights stay to end our WA holiday. The airport shuttle bus picked us up from reception and delivered us in plenty of time for our plane back to Perth.

Lunch is not catered for at Oaks Cable Beach. It is further away from shops than I expected. There is a bus stop during the day ends 6.45pm so no good if you need to go out at night and don't have a car. Taxis would be available. 2 out of 3 tours provided food which was our lunch so we got by.

We have stayed here before and those times I thought the rooms were pretty average and not so clean. The room we stayed in this time was definitely clean, the rugs were clean and the room actually smelt clean so happy that we gave it another chance and the staff were very friendly.

We liked everything but our aircon did turn off during the night they were quick to fix it though

The whole resort is beautiful. We enjoyed staying here for four nights. The bus stop was right out the front which was handy as we didn't have a car. The bus picks up from that stop every half an hour. The restaurant was perfect for us after a full day tour. The pool is nice but closes earlier than we thought. It was a shame the pool bridge was out of action (repairs). The walk down to the beach only took 10 minutes and 15

It was unfortunate that housekeeping don't do a tidy up on Sunday's as this was our last night and needed to replace the towels. They did take out the rubbish though. The beds were comfortable enough but unfortunately the fitted sheets didn't tuck in. The airport shuttle didn't arrive to take us back and luckily there was another person travelling to the airport the same time and ended up calling a cab. The taxi driver said tourist are paying too much for the shuttles and that they are unreliable. Better off taking a taxi!

The pool and general hotel facilities were great and very comfertable. The room was clean and we felt very at home! The staff was very accomodating and all around great. A special shout out to Sani, one of the receptonist; her helpfulness and kindness was appreciated and won’t be forgotten! Would recommend and would stay again for sure.
