This is my third time staying at Smile Shah Alam. We love staying here. The room is clean, fully equipped with individual iron for the room which is convenient as we don't have to call reception to send a shared iron to our room and use it within a specific time. I have knee issues and the hotel has an elevator to our rooms which is super convenient for me. The price is affordable. The best thing is it's located right in front of Rosyham 24hour Mart. We cud shop even at wee hours. The location has a lot of food stalls and eateries so not a problem to look for meals. I strongly recommend to those who want to find an affordable yet we'll equipped clean hotel. We plan to stay again when we want to do our grocery shopping at Rosyam Mart. Or just to explore eateries in Shah Alam.

Our room card was inaccessible on our check out date. We were out for breakfast and lunch and came back at 12.35pm. The receptionist said check out time is 12.30pm. It was unfair to us as during check in we had specifically asked if we could check out at 1pm and the receptionist on duty said yes.

The room and bath were clean and big. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is situated in Seksyen 9 which is close to shops and restaurants, and Plaza Masalam. There is ample public parking in the area. Located downstairs are several laundromats. A/C is cold. Shower is hot and water pressure strong.

Some of the maintenance staff can be quite noisy, especially when slamming the doors.

Near by to ST Rosyam mart, petshop,dobi, plaza alam Sentral mall, food stall . Water pressure is good. Water filter dispenser outside room. Kettle,mug,mineral water in a cup inside room.

The bed not comfortable especially for me had Slip disc problem. The towel is small. Hotel & Room a bit smelly.

i like the toilet, it was clean the bed also were comfy. they provided enough towels plus the staffs were very friendly. i think this is my third stay and the staffs behave the same every single time. they greet us with kindness and had some knowledge about the nearby place themselves.

the chair was broken and we couldnt use the chair to eat on the table since there were only ONE chair. there were no coffee and tea sachets as well even though they provided kettle to boil the water. One plug was not usable bcs it was poorly placed (under the tv and we couldnt insert the plug. Hence, we were one pluig short. Of course there were another 2 plugs but we had to take turns using it.

The location is a hit. Awesome location with laundromats, convenient shops, pharmacies and diners everywhere. There are ashopping mall and a 24-7 hypermart in between. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The room is great. Good enough for a solo traveller who just had a tiring flight and journey.

The toilet has that musty smell and the water flow is very slow. Soundproofing is a little bad too because I could hear the people from next room talking, laughing and even when they closed their toilet door.

Very good location, surrounded by restaurants and convenient stores, easy check-in, single room with basic amenities but comfortable. Staff is very friendly.

Toilet lock is faulty. Locked inside for 5 minutes after trying several times. No tooth paste provided, only soap and shampoo.

1.family room too small - difficult to pray as 2 beds took up the room space. 2. beds need to be changed. it's very uncomfortable 2.no tissues provided 3.cabinet in toilet spoilt 4. no water heater 5. was told got iron in room but don't have.

The location was lively. Room is comfortable.

To improve on quality of furnitures like desk and chairs. Only plastic chairs provided. Toiletries, like toothbrush and toothpaste to be included in the package. To have better quality hand soap and shampoo. Price does not meet expectation.

Surrounding hotel with a lots of shop.. dobi, pizza, kfc, rosyam mart 24hrs, 7E, family mart, pharmacy, mamak stores, car accessories, etc.. just walk only to get there.

My room aircond hav rattling sound. Its disturbing. Hotel need to check it.

The room that we get just nice and comfortable.

The staff very slow when we wanna check in, he need to working out his pace. The toilet need to be fix since there is cabinet that don't have door.
