Good value for money. The room was bigger than expected. it was clean and spacious. The bed and pillow was comfy. Theres small balcony. Theres proper size fridge, washing machine, cutlery, stove, shoe storage, big wardrobe, dining table, tv , sofa, towel for 2, shampoo & shower gel. We didnt expect to get such facilities for the price we paid. Location was superb. Close to train station and shopping malls ( about 10 minutes walk). Also close to art gallery UR-MUR. Ringht outside the apartment theres small warung sell local food and cheap. Theres also a lot of cafe, restaurant, & bar around (we ate dinner at Pizza Mansion and it was so good). We stay during weekdays, there is no problem with noise from the busy street. But we not sure how it will be during weekend. Check in process farely easy. Host was friendly and attentive.

I had an weird situation with the rude security at the swimming pool. I went to the security asking for towel for swimming. He ask for room card, so i gave to him. He asked if im the guest there( I just hand over him the room card, of course im the guest there!). I said yes, but he look dissastified. With grumpy face, he inspect my room card. I had a 2 minutes awkward moment standing in front of him while he inspecting my card. Then he hand me the pool towel hesitately. I say thank you, he just make face to me. The whole time me and my husband swimming, he keep checking on us. Watching us closely. It was very very uncomfortable.

Great place to stay! There is everything needed for life: microoven, fridge, washing machine, kettle, plates. Hotel has gym and pool. Wi-fi was good - there were no problems. Good view from balcony. Hotel located near Jalan Alor street with night street food market, also there are many of massage salons in this area. Helpfull and supportive representative of the hotel Songkar is very pleasant person - thank you for assist in any question!

The location was excellent. All within walking distance. Initial room on high floor had some defects (broken sofa and etc), and we were promptly changed to a different room immediately upon complaining. Thanks to the management! . This new room turned out to be better, cleaner and more comfortable. The bath was clean, with really strong water pressure. Bed was comfortable. Easy access to car park n lobby. View from balcony is nice, facing changkat n alur. Possible to plan to trip for the evening from ur balcony. Check in n check is normal time.. And traffic is not heavy around the hotel at this times.

To many registration procedure prior on watsapp. Then again sign form at the property lobby. Parking have to pay extra RM20 for multiple entry.

There was a small cockroach in the room when we first arrived but aside from that everything else was good.

evrything o.k. the hotel is in a good area with restaurants and bars. also monorail is not far. i would stay there again.

The place is so clean and all the facilities are working properly. And most of all, the customer service is top notch. Everytime we need something, Jikon is always ready to help! I would def recommend this place to stay. Definitely worth the money. Outside the balcony u can see city view. Even if ure staying in, you wont be bored! Wifi is working and you can watch yt and netflix on tv. Cooking and doing laundry is also super easy. Security is always guarding the entrance and you can only go to the floor that u have access card to, felt safe!

Only thing is only 1 access card is given. But Jikon is always around to help. So nothing I don’t like about this place. Would definitely stay here again. :)

Excellent location close to shops, bars, restaurants and monorail/MRT. A lot of questions and resending of booking confirmation on WhatsApp just after I booked it but actual check-in & check-out was fast and easy. Songkar, the on site host was friendly, helpful and responded quickly. Flat was clean, nice view from balcony and had everything you needed for a few nights. Pool was lovely but I would have preferred if it got more sun
